please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

WisestIsShe I'd also go for the handmade one, providing it uses natural ingredients.

I'm certainly no expert on scented candles / wax melts, but I've just been researching them as I'm looking for a way to make our house smell nicer (instead of the current wet dog smell!). I wanted to find something that would be harmless to animals, but apparently some candles are bad for us too. Yankee Candles apparently still use paraffin was (bad). Soy wax, natural wicks and natural scents (e.g. essential oils) are all good. Neom seem to be good.

The Velvetiser dupe is in Aldi's brochure for next week. You can get it online. I'll link to it in a minute.

I saw the post about the Gardeners World magazines 6 for £9.99 but I couldn’t get that deal to load for me at all, so went on a googling search as someone recommended and found a deal for 5 issues for £5 I think you have to remember to cancel after the 5 issues though so set a reminder/mark your calendar!
Gardeners world 5 issues £5

flossiegrippiter · 21/11/2020 10:47

@Pawpawpaws I found BBC Good Food msg are doing 5 issues for £5 deal too!

flossiegrippiter · 21/11/2020 10:51

Sorry forgot bold BBC GOOD FOOD MAG 5 issues for £5 or on their website you can subscribe and pick a free cool book which would be a lovely gift https://www.buysubscriptions.com/print/bbc-good-food-magazine-subscription?promo=GFBS1120&utmmedium=brandsite&utmmsource=bbcgoodfood.com&utmcampaign=12-issues-for-gbp34.999gfbs1120&utmcontent=magazine-page&style=brand&awc=186661605955803ba5ba82a2e1932c8b3b4f4dbbf7ed589

Thank you very much!
Sorry I got confused, I thought it was available on the Sunday the 22nd page, I didn't read it properly! Will keep an eye on it, thank you Smile

Mrsfussypants1 · 21/11/2020 11:04

onetwothreeadventure · 21/11/2020 11:04

@Mancbee please, I'll give it a try! Can you send me it?

Mrsfussypants1 · 21/11/2020 11:10

The aldi dupe version is online from this sunday (22nd). I imagine its going to be popular.

Bearbehind · 21/11/2020 11:15

The Aldi copy Velvetiser shows how good the QVC deal on the real one was as it had £27 worth of latte and chocolate sachets plus 2 cups

Those who got it for £80 delivered didn’t pay much more than the Aldi copy plus buying the sachets / cups separately

fogginghell · 21/11/2020 11:28

Could I please have a Lakeland code if someone isn't using theirs ? I thought I had some but they've expired!

Quidco are doing 10% off George on electricals and toys.

EndlessWaffle · 21/11/2020 11:31

Just found this site looksfantastic which has loads of bath body beauty products and equipment, lots of price reductions and 20% off everything with code NEWBIE on your first order. Found it when looking for Molton Brown but there's all your fave brands from SpaceNK and John Lewis. Happy shopping!

Theimpossiblegirl · 21/11/2020 11:34

Marco Pierre White are doing £100 gift vouchers for £50
Really good couples gift.

TheLastStarfighter · 21/11/2020 11:35

Thanks @margaritasbythesea - that was the Fossil code I was looking for. Unfortunately it doesn’t work now Sad. They have a smart-watch he would have liked at £90, which would have been in budget at £54 with the 40% off, but not otherwise. However there is a 15% code for signing up to the news letter, and 15% cashback with TopCashback though, so I might just bite the bullet and go with that which takes it down to £65.

Sorry people are having them cancelled!

And thanks to others for the recommendations too Smile

My BakedIn brioche kit from vodaphone just arrived - looks really good for £3

MrsJamTart · 21/11/2020 12:03

@flossiegrippiter
Do you have a link to the bbc good food 5 for £5, I can’t find it online
Thank you :)

Puffalicious · 21/11/2020 12:06

Marvel heroes stretchy things are £13 online in Tesco (£10 elsewhere if you can get stock) but in store are 2 for £15. I know this as I'd added 2 to my click and collect but only one was available. I nipped in to double check and I got 2 different ones in store and surprised they were 2 for £15! Bought those and returned the other £13 one.

Strangely they're still showing as £13 on the website with no indication they're part of a deal.marvel stretchy guys

myhobbyisouting · 21/11/2020 12:06

@TheLastStarfighter my fossil TCB tracked straight away so I got the hybrid smart watch for £51 (if they don't cancel!)

SweetPeaPods · 21/11/2020 12:14

Wow I have lots to read back on. Work has been crazy so not had 5 mins to check in the week. Need to catch up on last thread too.
Does anyone know if radio times will be doing a similar deal to last year? I think I got 5 or 6 issues for less than the Christmas issue.
I'm mostly done with shopping. Still got to get something for 9 year old nephew (budget £30 if anyone has any ideas).
Plus need to get some switch games for ds1. Not sure whether to wait till Black Friday now or just order today while they are in stock! Same with a switch for ds2.
Finally Molton Brown code runs out Sunday BF25 so I need to order a couple of bits for DH this weekend.

weebarra · 21/11/2020 12:18

Just got an email from Oliver Bonas with early access to Black Friday offers if you're signed up to them.

margaritasbythesea · 21/11/2020 12:26

Animal have 70/ off and free delivery. Lots of backpacks for under £10. Makes the two I bought at £12 look extravagant!

uniqlo · 21/11/2020 12:27

10% cashback at Asda George and 20% cashback at Superdry today through Quidco

@SweetPeaPods what is your nephew into? With that budget you should be able to get a decent Lego set? Or combination of books/board games? This Gravitrax set came down to £25 recently a few times so may be worth checking if it comes down again on BF? gravitrax
