Argghhhh, I’m so sorry, I hope I haven’t lost you all! I was keeping a beady eye then got distracted trying to work out how to forward plan a Zoom call for work and invite someone, which should only take a few minutes but I’m incompetent and it took me far too long Blush .

@CarrotVan I hope it was the former!

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Thanks @whitetilesmurf and @Twistcurl

ClaraLane · 12/11/2020 08:44

Congratulations @Icantfindanewname 🎉

MsMiaWallace · 12/11/2020 08:46

@Twistcurl I've ordered this too.
Seems a great buy when you add it up

whitetilesmurf · 12/11/2020 08:47

@Twistcurl

I have just got the Hotel Chocolat TSV from QVC, I think it is a bargain for £39.92 delivered (using the £10 referral code, mine is on that thread now). It has 22 selector packs in it which are £20 for 6 on hotel chocolat’s own website. It will be perfect to split up for childcare gifts.

hotel chocolat

Is it definitely ok to split them up for different gifts? I’ve been waiting in the video going up and it does look that way.
Foggyday124 · 12/11/2020 08:53

Congratulations Icantfindanewname, I hope life becomes easier now.

dancemom · 12/11/2020 09:00

Had anyone seen vouchers at a reduced price?
Starbucks / costa / Superdrug / new look type thing?

Limeavocado · 12/11/2020 09:02

Barbie dream closet reduced from £70 to £31 at Amazon today

Twistcurl · 12/11/2020 09:05

@whitetilesmurf I think so, the selector packs are all separately wrapped (block of chocolate or six individual chocs). I am going to just put a big selection in a bag to everyone at daycare and they can split them up themselves- I always do a shared gift like this as I can never remember the names of everyone who works there!

VividImagination · 12/11/2020 09:06

After trying them on and wearing his new trainers to walk to school and back ds3 (14) tells me they are too big and he can’t walk in them! I suppose I should be glad they are too big and not too small.

If anyone can spare me a student discount or any code for sportsshoes.com I would be eternally grateful.

shipperssss · 12/11/2020 09:09

@Gooseysgirl

Anyone ever had a parcel stolen from their doorstep? Unfortunately I was out longer than I expected to be yesterday and the parcel would have been visibly there for several hours 😫 Amazon are going to replace it (which I think is very decent of them) but it may not get here in time for Christmas.
I unfortunately had one stolen off the drive last week, thankfully QVC have replaced it and it should be here this week 🤞🏻
Carriemac · 12/11/2020 09:17

£5 off all books at Wonderbly with code SECRETSANTA.
I've no idea whether or not it's a one time code or not as it was generated from an email game.

Autumnwoman · 12/11/2020 10:14

I have some codes I'm not going to use...

*£5 off Lakeland £30 spend

£10 off Lakeland £50 spend

£10 off Boden £30 spend*

DM me for codes, as they are single use.
