Argghhhh, I’m so sorry, I hope I haven’t lost you all! I was keeping a beady eye then got distracted trying to work out how to forward plan a Zoom call for work and invite someone, which should only take a few minutes but I’m incompetent and it took me far too long .

To make things bold you:

@livingthegoodlife I think the barbie campervan is usually on offer black Friday on amazon. I got it for under £45 last year but I'm sure someone on the bargain thread had mentioned it had been a similar price the year before so I think it will be reduced again at some point.

That's such a shame about your experience - I definitely agree that they arrive with creased in folds, but that's only because of folding them to post them out I'd imagine. The throwovers and Kimonos are quite thin and floaty, but that's what I like about them for summer. I'm surprised you didn't like the duster - I just bought the thistle duster and I so love it. Has anyone bought or know anything about storm glasses/weather globes (picture attached of the sort of thing I mean).

I've seen lots in the £20-30 price bracket but dont know if the cheap ones are rubbish (or, in fact, if they're all rubbish and do nothing!!)

I thought they'd make a good present for FIL if they work

They usually have 20% off for amex card holders starting a few days before and then 20% off for everyone

They used to have rimowa suitcases --everything but more has been excluded in recent years

They online site is poor- lots of stuff not arriving as out of stock etc. It will be interesting to see what they do this year

On the plus side I once ordered an item which arrived. The same day 2 pairs of UGG boots arrived- 1 in a box and I not. They had my name on but no delivery invoice inside. I called them and they said to keep them. One was my DD size and I sold the other pair on eBay for £120.

Just checked out those double outline pens on Camelcamelcamel - looks like they were £12 until a week ago, so it’s probably worth holding on to see if they drop back down again.

@livingthegoodlife no problem, If the dream house is from amazon I wouldn't worry too much. I've had a few orders like that where its been a long lead time, they often revise it and send it our much sooner so hopefully you will still end up with it in time for Christmas. Have fun with the cake!

@LifeInAHamsterWheel we bought some similar pens from AliExpress for quite a lot cheaper. I think you can also find them on ebay. Search for 'outline pens' or 'double line pens'.
