I just noticed we only have 20 posts left and I'm off to the allotment! So here is thread 7!

We did train year before last. It was good but lots of queuing. Much preferred the garden centre last year which had zero queuing :)

Fluffy my motivation has gone and I am still in bed as I am off for two days now but some git started drilling at 08.30 so I was contemplating shoving the drill up their arse!!! 😂

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 10:25

Sideways, Why?

OP posts:
whydoesitalwayshappentome · 16/07/2020 10:27

I had not thought of sideways Fluffy and yes that would be ideal!

CrazyBaubles · 16/07/2020 10:40

Woolly now I'm lost down a Spode rabbit hole.
They have the Christmas tree plate with gold border for £6.20 each. I don't particularly want them but they are £66 for a set of 4 on the Spode website!

Another spoilt brat confession - I haven't actually bought myself any of the Spode Christmas stuff. Dm has bought me odds and ends when she sees them in work or as a gift for Christmas.
She always hands them over with a little "don't moan, if I want to waste my money I can" disclaimer to both my dad and DH Xmas Grin

WreckTangled · 16/07/2020 10:42

Ffs I bought us each a shortbread but ate two so now I have to eat all of them don't I?

CrazyBaubles · 16/07/2020 10:43

why are you sure you haven't relocated to my street? Neighbour 2 doors up started drilling in their garden around the same time and whatever they're doing has become a mix of drilling and banging 😩

CrazyBaubles · 16/07/2020 10:44

Oh dear Wreck
I think the laws of fairness now say you have to eat them and say nothing to the family so they can't complain

Mrsmadevans · 16/07/2020 10:45

So my sister has pissed off on holiday alright for some

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 10:51

I've got the new thread title, anyway! 🍌

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 16/07/2020 10:53

Mundane , boring title by any chance Fluffy

Mrsmadevans · 16/07/2020 10:54

Anything to do with glycerine suppository

Mrsmadevans · 16/07/2020 10:55

😂😂😂

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 11:00

There is no way I'm luring the poo troll here, Mrs!

How lovely for your sister. 🙄

Let's hope there's not another urgent lockdown and she gets stuck there for ever weeks, MrsM Wink

FireflyGirl · 16/07/2020 11:17

I'm planning next week's meals, and I think I need to go properly sort the chest freezer in the garage. I can't even remember what's at the bottom...

If I empty it a bit, I'll have room for meal prepping later in the year.

Might need some ideas from you lot about what to do with the more random items though.

Pretty certain there's a bag of sprouts I bought just in case I couldn't get fresh ones for Christmas dinner at the bottom, and I seem to recall broad beans in there somewhere... Veggie risotto?? 🤔

NerosFiddle · 16/07/2020 11:18

Mrs where has she gone?

pussycatinboots · 16/07/2020 11:19

Wreck Yup, them's the rulz Grin
We bought a pack of 5 donuts - I am not eating half of one so may have to battle to the death for the 3rdGrin

NerosFiddle · 16/07/2020 11:20

Fire I batch cook all the time. I really need to buy a second freezer but I've no where to put it

pussycatinboots · 16/07/2020 11:21

Mrs at least you won't hear any moaning from her for a while!

pussycatinboots · 16/07/2020 11:23

Firefly sprout soup? Grin
you could send it to Mrs for her mum, she won't be needing the suppositories for quite a while and won't dare cough or sneeze either

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 11:28

Sprout soup? Could get windy up near Firefly!

Wreck, I meant to say: EAT THEM. It's the fairest way.

pussycatinboots · 16/07/2020 11:29

erm, Fluffy I have bought some more Heritage and Bothy kits Blush

only the 4 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 11:38

We bought a second freezer a few years' ago. Then upgraded it to a bigger one last year as part of our Brexit prep.

DH is useless at looking for stuff in it. And as he's the one with the time to do it when I'm at work, he really needs to get on with it!

NoWordForFluffy · 16/07/2020 11:39

Which ones, Boots?!
