Christmas Villages - do you have one?

Can I see your Christmas village please? I love Christmas villages but only have space for a small scene. Mine is Christmas Carol themed as my houses have the names Scrooge and Marley, Cratchit, Butcher and Candles above their doors. I also have Scrooge and Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim figures. The billboard carrier is advertising a showing of A Christmas Carol.

Well i have a fantastic update.

I bought an entire village online from a woman who was selling her second set. It was only a few euro and i now have 5 little houses and its completely gorgeous, and it is all thanks to this thread.

We try and add a piece every year. DD is now 16 and it’s always her job to set it out

I think we have the same train mynameisMrG. It's very noisy!

It's quite aggressive isn't it @Figmentofimagination! The first time I turned it on it shot across the kitchen! We use it for decorative purposes only now lol

I knocked the track the other day, and it broke apart and shifted. DH put it back together last night and then turned it on to check it still went all the way round. I told him to turn it off straight away as it was so loud and I was worried it would wake DS up!
It gets turned on a couple of times in December, for a few minutes each time as DS likes to watch it. But apart from that ours is also decorative.

Glad this thread has inspired some people. It’s been fun seeing all the different villages ..
