Christmas Day breakfast

What do you guys have for breakfast on Christmas Day?

We're going out for dinner so I'm planning a nice breakfast. We always have Bucks Fizz!

We always have an 'apple french toast casserole' - essentially like a bread and butter pudding with apple in it.

Make it all up the night before and leave the bread soaking in the egg mixture overnight. In the morning chuck it in the oven and 30 mins later it's done. There are never any leftovers, and it makes the house smell fabulous!
