We've been on a trip to Haworth today, home of the Bronte sisters. Craft fair, steam train ride, trip on the open top bus, yummy lunch, walk up a big hill and then a slice of homemade tray bake for me and vegan chocolate for DS and DH. Fun adventure but gosh it was chilly! Even in the sun!

I had to dig out the coats this morning, haven't seen them in months!! Mine appears to have shrunk around the thighs

We went dressed for cooler weather, because the forecast wasn't for warm weather even though it was sunny. Big mistake. We've been boiled alive today!

The kids are knackered after the walk! They did well for small people though. 😁

Had pulled pork burritos for supper, DS2's in bed. 😋😴

DD will go to bed at 9.20. 😴

5:20 this morning. DH is back today though so I have the afternoon off toddler duties :)

I'm up early with a sore throat. Hopefully I'm not coming down with something.

I've just woken up in need of water. Stil drunk I think. Am going swiftly back to sleep in a min. DH (very nearly forgot myself and types his name then!) is away overnight so I can deal with my anticipated headache / hangover in peace 😴🤕🤢
Am currently suffering through the bit where everything wobbles when you turn over and your temp goes all over the place. I freeezing. I miss being 18 and being able to have the nights out without the sore feet and hangovers!

We're off to goodwood today but it's going to rain I bought a new dress but think I'll go for trousers and a top. Dh has to wear a suit and tie luckily they're not so strict on the women!

We're trying to decide what to do today. It has to be indoors, so it limits choice!

It's my goddaughter's birthday today, and her mum's planned a surprise BBQ and invited loads of people. Could be a bit of a squeeze in the house if the forecasted rain arrives!

I'm going to add stodgy food as a must! If I felt like that and drank orange juice, I'd be 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Yeah I tend to crave carbs when hung over. A Diet Coke and pot noodle will do me

We were supposed to have a church BBQ today Firefly but it has been moved inside, at least a church has the space. Hope the rain holds off for you!

I survived - ish. Got up to let the dogs out at 7, took 2 paracetamol and ate a lemonade lolly (my hangover reducer). Back to bed. Have drunk lots of water and had more sleep. Now I need food but want someone else to bring it to me!

It's already raining here. Curtains Are closed but it sounds like it's blowing a gale too, I can hear the trees rustling.

I'm considering getting out of bed..... unless I can get DH to bring a McDonald's home as he'll be back soon and he can deliver it to the bedroom 🤔

My dm saved me. She called, I told her I was hungover so she offered to cook a roast dinner and provide lots of flat lemonade and paracetamol so I'm not full and I'm a comfy chair with a blanket wrapped around me. Trying hard not to go back to sleep.

DH is going to see FIL this evening so I think I'm going to be in pjs and watching something cosy (love actually maybe).
