Some of the Christmas things I've ordered have arrived too Redgreen it's so exciting! I got a Christmas Eve box and a plate for Santa. Thought I'd use the Christmas Eve box throughout December if we do an activity or event, I can put things in there related to it (yes my child will only be 17 months by then but it's fine!)

Hi all, sorry I haven’t been on lately. I’ve had really bad mastitis and Benji and Stan caught the stomach flu. DH is back in work this week, so have been dealing with everything on my own too!. But we’re all on the mend now so that’s all that matters.

It’s my birthday tomorrow, so we have that to look forward to. And we’re going to order some scented candles to make the house more cosy. Hope you are all well!.

Fluffy we have lots of spindly spiders. We have high ceilings and they tend to be in the corners. I was told they kill bigger spiders, and we don't have as many as them, but you're right, they're bloody everywhere!

I have my first day back at work after holiday today. It took me 2 hours to clear emails, a further hour to square off all the bitty tasks that weren't complete and now I'm having a cuppa before starting work properly!

I have to say thank you to Constantly for the lovely detailed Pm. I will reply directly but wanted to say you've been a huge help and I'm now looking into the logistics of getting some classroom experience behind me and seriously considering if it is financially viable for me to complete a PGCE and get into teaching!!

Realised we'd run out of bread 😨, ran to Sainsbury's, made ham sandwiches, keeping them in the fridge, will fill party boxes before serving. 😆

crazy I went back to work yesterday too, it took my computer about an hour to even turn on!!! Now it's like I've never been gone. I'm also considering starting the Pgde todo Primary teaching, but a bit like you trying to figure it all out. I'm about to start doing a maths qualification as my maths result in school was terrible 🙈 but that's something I can do in the evening etc, it's not as scary as giving up work to go back to studying!!

Well excitingly my MIL has booked us all panto tickets for Christmas Eve!!! It's part of our Christmas present. I've never been on Christmas Eve before so it should be great although I feel I'll be peeling the dc off the ceiling!!!

My Christmas shopping is well underway and my poor postman is doing daily deliveries at the moment 😂 one of my bros is completely finished, 4 more to go plus everyone else!
Today’s plan for me is once again trying to get ahold of the midwife to get a booking in appointment, I’m 9 weeks tomorrow and she’s meant to see me between 8-10 weeks but haven’t heard anything!
Been looking at all the Christmas ideas on Pinterest too, so many things I want to try!

Well, DS2 and DD had the birthday lunch and cake, 1 of DS2's friends turned up at 1.45! He'd already had lunch so just joined in the water pistol fight outside! He's just gone home. 😆

New to the thread and getting really excited. Asda saving cards started today and doing a practise run of Christmas shortbread tonight. My ex H left me 4 years ago, 2 weeks before Christmas. This year I'm celebrating with my new fella and I've never been happier.

Oh my, jellycat rep is like the perfect job. Every christmas we go to the cotswolds to go to a gorgeous old fashioned toy shop, looks like you get to work somewhere as heavenly!

We have spiders everywhere, Fluffy. I don't mind them so leave them until I get annoyed with cleaning up the spider poo!

I was in Card Factory today and they have a Christmas section already. It takes up about 1/8 of the shop! I love Christmas but it is definitely Too Soon
