Sorry to hear your shoulder is bad today, Fluffy. After spending all day laid in bed yesterday, mine actually feels a lot better. And the nausea has eased today, hurrah. I'm just laid listening to the rain.

He does look very cute in his glasses, sprouts, but they are so thick bless him. I still feel guilty it took so long for us to notice how terrible his eyesight is. You would never know, to sit and read or play with him!

It's difficult with small people, Firefly. Don't feel bad!

I had a migraine yesterday so felt nauseous most of the day. I narrowly avoided actually being sick, thankfully. It was like bloody 'morning' (ho ho, if only it had been just mornings!) sickness again!

My two can be very cute together, but also fight a fair bit (they always want what the other one has!). I love it when they just hold hands or hug each other as they do love each other, and neither remembers a time without the other (obviously for DS, but DD was only 13 months when he was born). ❤️❤️❤️

I'm glad you're on the mend on all counts, Firefly. I'd be better if my injured shoulder wasn't my preferred sleeping side, as it means I fidget loads to get comfy.

How are your DSs, Wicker and Flapjack? I hope they're on the mend too.

We had the same with baby sprouts and eldest sprouts. Eldest has a prescription of +8.25 and baby has +5. It is really hard but he’s taken to his glasses well. Eldest has been in hers since 12 months!

Sorry to hear you had a bad night Fluffy , poor DH is in agony with his shoulder, he thinks it is cancer it is hurting so badly bless him. l understand that because of my Sciatica being so bad on times. I am reassuring him as best l can but he is really up against it re the pain and it gets everyone down with the worry you know.... I have suggested he goes back to the Dr but it has fallen on deaf ears , like it does. I spose l shouldn't post this really Sad but l am a bit meh, due to having to go to the dentist this morning , l hate going to the dentist so much. It was hell staying with Mum when they took 3 teeth out and a filling arrrgggghhhhh!
Glad you feel better today Firefly. Don't feel guilt about not realising , my DN was 10 before they realised she needed glasses! It is very difficult when they can't tell us something is wrong because of course they don't know there is a problem! Smile
PSB l loved the pic of your DS curled up with his soft toy so cute , your DD is definitely turning into a young lady with lovely coloured hair. Sort of a strawberry blonde it looks like .... beautiful.
Better shift , sorry for the down turn in mood , l am sure l will feel better after the dentist and normal service is resumed Smile

Mrs nobody can be happy all the time, characters who are happy all the time in movies are a bit deranged! If you've seen Inside Out, Joy does real damage to the girl (whose name we can't remember) by not letting her be sad or angry. I end up shouting at Joy. Blush

Please try not to worry about the dentist, and I hope your DH can stop worrying about his shoulder. Flowers

DD's hair is honey blonde with strawberry blonde highlights, although it's going brown. 😭 Thanks for the lovely compliment to my DC! 😆

Such cute kids :) Wilf is begging for an eye test, Gabey has a problem with his eyes and has to go for special checks and may need surgery and he wants a turn at the testing too!

Excitingly DH has got a promotion and starting his new role in October so we will have two bigger pay packets before Christmas. Good news as I just remember I was using prolific to pay for Christmas and I haven't been on in months and only have £80 in there! I need like £800. Bum!

Sorry to hear about pain, my hip is still very painful on and off following my surgery, I know just how tiring and worrying it can be.

Feels very autmnal today, might make some salt dough with the boys if I can find the energy. My cold is killing me! I woke up at 8,50. W was playing quietly in his room and G was dozing, little stars.

Mrs I have the dentist on Monday Sad I remember us chatting six months ago when we last had it Grin my dentist is so lovely though.

Ds wants a new two wheeled scooter for his birthday (end nov) and dd wants a maxi micro for Christmas (she has issues with her balance etc) and I can get both the maxi micro and micro sprite for £150 with my discount at the toy shop Smile

Dm and I have already agreed that we will have Christmas dinner at her house and I will make the triffle. I’ve started shopping too - I can’t admit this to anyone in real life Blush. I have a present box on top of my wardrobe that I have been adding things to for the whole year. Thanks for mentioning the decoder kit wrecktangled that looks perfect for my 8yo.

OOOhHHHH I forgot, this is our first family christmas without dairy free kids!! I can make a trifle!! A birds one, out of a box and they can put sprinkles on. OMFG I am nearly in tears at the thought.

DS still refuses to eat anything milky like custard despite being able to, and anything above step 7 of the ladder affects DD still. So we are a step 7 house for the foreseeable!

I mentioned these on the bargain thread but they were probably missed. If you have anyone to buy for from age 7-adult that you're stumped on what to get the IQ games are amazing! I'm addicted (play when it's quiet at work) they've been flying off the shelves. Ps I don't make them I just really like them 🤣 amazon link

Great news l didn't need anything done ! My dentist is lovely but l hate going , she said it is because ppl don't like feeling out of control when they are in there. I think it's because they are afraid of the pain myself!! Grin
Anyway DH seems to be bearing up a little and l am hoping against hope his pain will be much better too. Thank you all for the warm wishes much appreciated by me Flowers
