drspouse we have a dn in France. For her gifts we normally order off French amazon for delivery to her address. That way you don't get hit for massive delivery charges from the UK site. You will probably get a charge on your card for a euro transaction but it's normally small.

I got the mug offer to work not long ago, but it took ages. I put everything in my basket went nearly completely though the checkout then at the last stage deleted everything form my basket (with the codes applied) then re added them and they took off the full discount.
