I only managed to get the 3 mugs for £23.91 as the 2 for £30 and free mug wouldn’t work together for me but it does for some. I have no idea why but it’s still a bargain.
If you are having problems getting a referral code it might be because you’ve had one previously on your device so make sure you clear cookies or go to private browsing

Different mugs come in at different prices - 2 of the small rose ones or 2 of the Xmas ones plus the polka dot come in at £20.
I haven't gone through with my order yet as I don't know who to buy them for! Would they be crap for teachers? Or could maybe just put them in with our mums gifts. Annoyed I can't get 3 the same for the kiddicorns Wink

Sorry can't remember who was looking for doctor stuff, we've done this before and done for a vets too. Ikea have big resealable packs of plasters (about 40 I think) for about £1.20 some with cute bug designs, some bright coloured ones and some regular ones, good size for them to play with. Just checked mine they're called trygghet.

We also have plastic syringes, boxes that medicine came in, I've made them surgery hats and masks and given them plastics gloves. We also had left over sterile big tubes and bp cuffs & hospital gowns.

Halloweens actually good for some things as you get candy blood bags for a quid in b&m and you get syringe pens etc too.

Any offers on jellycat bunnies? that DD does not need

Badders08 · 06/10/2017 11:06

I got a polka dot one, a star one and a wallflower one

LostMyRubySlippers · 06/10/2017 11:16

Campus gifts have some jellycat things with 35% off, not much selection.
Might be worth signing up to their emails as I’ve seen before offers such as 25% off all jellycat
No idea how these prices compare though!

NeitherNowtNorSummat01 · 06/10/2017 11:17

Finally done it! Got my 3 mugs for £20.
I tried every combination possible, but I ended up putting 3 different mugs in my basket.
That's Teacher and TA gifts sorted for me!

MrsCrimbo74 · 06/10/2017 11:43

I just came back to say thanks so much for the KleverCases link.

For £10 including free delivery I have just received a brilliant Harry Potter themed ipad mini case plus a free diary gift in matching cover. Amazing bargain.

McSleepy · 06/10/2017 12:21

Fab EB offer thankyou! Just ordered 3 mugs for £20. Clicked on the referral code first then added Unicorn’s £10 off code. Will fill them with chocolates for teachers presents.

Here is my referral link if anyone wants it

emmabridgewater.mention-me.com/m/ol/hn8vo-e4cc40ab6a

It gets me £15 off a £75 spend but I won’t use that so if it gives me a code I will happily share that here.

Llamacorn · 06/10/2017 12:33

I'm really miffed - I pre ordered 2 lol dolls big surprise from smyths (one from husbands email one from mine)
Husbands came and the label was upside down, so I'm presuming everything is ok inside (don't want to open to check) but my delivery came and it was just an empty box!!! Looks like someone has opened it and it has been stolen as the blue plastic ties were cut and nothing except for the packaging back inside! Angry
I was hoping it was an error at packaging but that doesn't seem the to be the case. How can someone steal something thats obviously for a child?? Probably these arse holes who are selling them for stupid prices on eBay!

Smyths have offered a refund or replacement but I really don't know if they can replace if it's out of stock - I really hope so!

llamacorn · 06/10/2017 12:34

*packaging bags

TheDrsDocMartens · 06/10/2017 12:37

ShockShockShock that’s awful llama

DangerousMouse · 06/10/2017 12:39

I've also received my Spicery box today, my packaging wasn't labelled with their logo and the use by date is Sept 18, so good for christmas gifts.

prominent5 · 06/10/2017 12:39

mcsleepy I used your referral code and after several attempts and various combinations I got it to work for £20. Thank you.

A couple of people have been looking for Disney store codes. I was looking back over notes from last year and late October/early Nov they had discount offers so hang on another week or two!

We got the Aldi candy grabber/claw machine which is still going strong and very popular with visiting children. The secret is to tape up the speaker grid to dampen the awful racket music

Aldi (Ireland but UK usually the same give a week either way) have brushed cotton bedding in next week in various styles, that are chrissmassy but subtlety so for those of you that need to introduce the Christmas bedding tradition discreetly best leave Christmas grinch DHs to another thread

Tiger have pug candles for anyone working that theme. €4 I tried taking a picture but it didn't come out very well.

They also have candles shaped like candles in a candle stick. Various colours. A bit gothic. Might be good for Halloween? €2

Great time to stock up on stocking fillers because tiger change stock each month, so teens less likely to come across the stuff you've bought for them, when they are shopping for their friends in December!!

In specifically Irish bargain news: Bookstation have some lovely adult colouring books. Two Harry Potter ones (magical creatures and magical places) for €5.99. Thought they might be a nice addition to Harry Potter themed hampers. They also had Lord of the Rings and Hobbit (2 for €5) and a fabulous Terry Pratchett Discworld one (2 for €8) Of course I actually left with none because the weird pricing system hurt my head but will probably get them for teen nieces when I've had a nice cup of tea and thought about it.

TellMeItsNotTrue · 06/10/2017 12:45

Llama that's AWFUL!!! I am glad they believe you and you didn't get a jobsworth, since it was delivered it would be hard to prove there wasn't actually anything in it

Iwannasnack · 06/10/2017 12:45

Ooh the klevercases look lovely. Was there a deal I missed?

Divingheadfirst · 06/10/2017 12:59

Does anyone know if the mugs can be personalised on EB site and I would pay the personalisation charge on top of the £20?

ItsNiceItsDifferentItsUnusual · 06/10/2017 12:59

Llama ShockShock between you and ihopeyousteponalegopiece I don’t know what the flip is going on this year!

BeaLola · 06/10/2017 13:07

Llamacorn · 06/10/2017 13:12

Thanks all, it is awful!
Weird thing is the actual box flaps were open so weren't sealed down at all, I don't know why the delivery driver even delivered it like that.

christmasunicorn · 06/10/2017 13:26
