Been lurking and just got pinged as well managed to get fire truck and I had £5 worth of Tesco vouchers so £5. For me. Brilluant bargain for week before payday!

Purpletoes · 18/09/2017 19:43

. Have a code. TD-TGYT takes £10 off

GirlWithTheYellowHat · 18/09/2017 19:49

I'm debating getting wooden advent calendars for my girls. Where's a good place to get them?

spub · 18/09/2017 19:51

Noword, I think the Debenhams sale is only in store from Weds - online tomorrow - you can most likely use your vouchers online though? Email I got said it was a 6.30am start.
Hope this helps

Can anyone find the page of other toys that the tesco code works for, or is it just the fire engine?

silky86 · 18/09/2017 20:02

Thanks everyone - just ordered the playmobil fire engine - will have one happy boy!

SimplyNigella · 18/09/2017 20:03

I'm on the lookout for non-Christmassy snow themed party bag fillers (snowman without Santa hat, for example). DS is having a Snowdome party in January and wants snow themed party bags, I think they are a great idea but I'm conscious some normal people might find the theme a bit Christmassy for January Blush

FireflyGirl · 18/09/2017 20:14

Here Changer.

FireflyGirl · 18/09/2017 20:16

Changing, not Changer, sorry.

regularbutpanickingabit · 18/09/2017 20:16

Thank you - fire engine here too!

friskybivalves · 18/09/2017 20:21

No clue what I'm going to do with the fire engine either. Might there be a glut of them appearing on eBay? Hmm

But thanks for the prod. Am I missing anything else spectacular with that Tesco code?

Changingagain · 18/09/2017 20:24

Thanks Firefly

BubbleFrog · 18/09/2017 20:26

RJnomore1 · 18/09/2017 20:27

B&M have matching elf pajamas. Baby ones were 3.99, child 4,99 and I think the adults were 7.99. Not sure how this compares to the matalan ones from last year.

NoWordForFluffy · 18/09/2017 20:41

@spub, I've just checked my voucher and it can be used online 😁

I'll be on the train at 7am, so will use my commuting time wisely! Xmas Grin

I may have a little browse now to see what I fancy!

chocolatepudandchocolatesauce · 18/09/2017 20:47

@SimplyNigella how about putting a carrot in for the snowman's nose?

Reastie · 18/09/2017 20:48

Nigella Poundland last year had inflatable snowmen that were maybe 40cm high when inflated. It's a good place to try actually, and if you go post Christmas (as you'll be able to) everything Christmas is 50p, I bet they'd have snow/snowman stuff. Or else I bet they will sell in the supermarkets little chocolate snowmen or snowballs (like the little packs of chocolate coins) that you could put a few in each party bag. If there's any time at the party where they are twiddling their fingers or as they arrive and are waiting you could get them to cut out snow flakes using white paper and scissors (you know, where they fold it up and make little slits/cuts then unfold) and give a prize to the winner. There might be snowman and snogdog themed chocolates or stuff about too. I think you'll do well from the January sales ;)
