I got a fake naked palette from amazon once. It was through these threads last year...I emailed and sent photos next to my daughters real one (hers was from Debenhams this was for a friends teenage daughter) and they refunded me without any problem.

Yes it was azmarketplace seller.

I do sort of wish Amazon kept it to just selling themselves!
