I had to buy 2 Furbys years ago they were a nuisance and we never replaced the batteries lol
I understand the Fingerling craze it is something we have to do
At least they are not as expensive as the damn Furbys were !

nowordforfluffy would you?? I’ve ordered a unicorn on eBay then found out it’s likely to be fake 😡😡 it’s due the 8th of November but I’m not sure I want to wait that long to find out Incase I don’t get another chance now.

I can’t even per order a bloody glittery one to come to me here either. I’ll give it another week. See if they come into stock next week instore as they do online and if not I would love you to grab me one x

I remember the days of frustration trying to find the “must have” present. The year of the “pink Nintendo DS crisis” still has me in a cold sweat . It’s the price we pay for doing F.C./Santa (and I wouldn’t have it any other way).

DS came with me to Tesco this morning and asked me outright about Santa . I had a good innings - he’s 11 in the new year. He has, however, taken his new information as a carte blanche excuse to reel off his reasons for wanting a bajillion new lightsabers 😂

I've already bought a Build A Bear Transformer bear and sent it to a Scottish MNer, so I'm sure a can send a Fingerling to the CI!

I finally have some news....ds' MRI has come back clear whoop whoop! MRI's three monthly for first year but so far so good 😊

Also he has managed to put on a bit if weight so feed reduced to 500mls - just one bottle of feed overnight from 9.30pm until just before 6am.

I can't sit still, I feel all over the place, but in a good way! X

Yay to muddling that's fast news, I was also in Sainsbury's yesterday & was looking enviously at the Christmas jumpers but I stepped away and felt both sad & smug!

It's his turn to retire, Mrs. Better that while he's in good health than either dying before retirement or being in too poor health to enjoy it.

I've still got something like 27 years before I can retire! Not sure I fancy doing this job for that long.

Anyway...morning all! It's a lovely day today after the amount of rain we had yesterday / overnight. I turned the heating off this morning as it's not needed. It's been a rather mild month really.

We've actually got a glitter fingerling

Pre-ordered it from the entertainer but we went to the shop the next day, they had loads in stock

So they cancelled my pre-ordering and I was able to take it home that day.

I don't think Dd even really knows what one is..but I've got one anyway just in case we get a last minute request for it

I've pre-ordered from The Entertainer too.

Did you notice if they had their Santa post box in there, @Soubriquet? Letter to Santa is this weekend's job to make sure it's done before the early Dec deadlines everywhere. It's either Entertainer or Royal Mail for us. It decided yet.
