Hi ladies nice to see you all again, looking forward to getting lots of ideas from all of you again this year, with regards to the advent fillers if you look up piñatas you can get the bag of toys that you fill them up with so different bits and pieces that can be divided up for each day, I know you can get them in woodies etc anywhere that does piñatas.

Thank you tatty, grabbed that monkey book. Rude not too at that price!

NoWordForFluffy · 27/08/2017 23:14

Me too on the monkey bum book!

BWatchWatcher · 27/08/2017 23:42

@sockeatingmonster
We got the 4s romotive robot a year or two ago. He is a great piece of kit. Probably worth £20.
He has little programming tasks, he can follow a ball and I believe on the 5s you can call your iphone and use him as an intercom (?).
My 8 year old is still fond of him.

Llamacorn · 28/08/2017 07:41

tatty that boxed champagne has been reduced even further to £24 Grin

Tattybogle89 · 28/08/2017 07:51

@llamacorn even better!

Donostia · 28/08/2017 08:02

Sorry if it's already come up, but I have received DSs Toucan Box and it's really nice so ordering lots more for various stocking fillers/children's gifts.

They are individual craft boxes which are sent via a monthly subscription BUT when you sign up the first box is free so as long as you set up an alert on your phone to cancel once the first one has been sent then you can have a whole free box!

RJnomore1 · 28/08/2017 08:04

I've just bought dd a llamacorn t shirt from Debenhams!

bigchris · 28/08/2017 08:07

Trolls doll and monkey book out of stock Sad

Cupoteap · 28/08/2017 08:23

Thanks tatty

Soslowmo · 28/08/2017 08:28

hatchimals - still kicking myself for missing the last reduction of glittering garden penguala down to £48...is there any chance this will happen again, or should I go for it at £56 if there's a possibility they will sell out? This is the second year a hatchimal has been requested and I really must get one now! 😬

RJnomore1 · 28/08/2017 08:32

Dd2 has strongly hinted she would like a hatchimal 😕

MyPatronusIsABadger · 28/08/2017 08:32

Emma bridgewater has free p&p with FREEPP14 for orders under £40, I just wanted one thing but didn't want to pay £5 to get it delivered!

Llamacorn · 28/08/2017 08:42

rj I bought my dd that tshirt too - a lilac sparkly blue zoo one? She is llamacorn daft for some reason, and llamas are her fave animals Grin

My dd3 would love a hatchimal this year, only thing is she only wants the sparkly owlicorn toysrus exclusive one 🙄 Doubt that will be reduced at all, in fact they're not even in stock at any of the stores so I'm not sure if they haven't come in yet or if they're sold out. If anyone knows that would be great thanks.

Also spotted this for dd3, she has always wanted a dollhouse bookcase to put her happy places or sylvanian families in, and I was going to make one but don't think I can pass up this bargain! I'll get some wallpaper and flooring samples and she'll have fun 'decorating' it.

RJnomore1 · 28/08/2017 08:58

Yes that's the one. It's got everything - llamas unicorns glitter sequins and it's purple.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 28/08/2017 09:02

I'm in desperate search for a Moana and a Belle costume in 2-3...I can't find either!

bunningsbunny · 28/08/2017 09:09

haudyer if you want a cheap iPhone and you don't mind secondhand it's worth checking out Argos on Black Friday - I bought a secondhand iPhone 4 for ds (11) and it was great. Came in a plain white box rather than an apple one and just had a USB cable to charge it but phone seemed perfect and 2 years later is still going strong.

I was happier to get a second hand one from Argos as it had guarantees and had all been properly checked and reset. It was just £99. Last year they had similar deals on the iPhone 5.

I then looked for sim only iPhone deals on comparison sites - there are usually reasonable deals for £4-7/month or if it won't get much use there's the free FreedomPop offer (ideal for an emergency phone; should also be fine for an 11yr old if plenty of wifi access!)

bunningsbunny · 28/08/2017 09:14

There is some very pretty, cute llama stationery in Sainsbury's at the moment if there are any other llama lovers out there. Think it was more along the lines of drama llama though and the diary had a bright pink background,..

Theimpossiblegirl · 28/08/2017 09:22

The 3-4 Moana costume on Amazon will prob be fine for a 2-3 year old.

SlayeroftheVampyres · 28/08/2017 09:26

The monkey bum book at the Works is back in stock!

woodwaj · 28/08/2017 09:31

Beauty and the beast advent calender £12

Jessica78 · 28/08/2017 09:36

Thank you to the person who posted the book people code last night, I managed to get a few books for presents that is been watching in Amazon for a much better price following the discount.
A heads up, they have a book called The Walkers Year, that would make a good present, Has excellent reviews on amazon, for 2.99 - is 9.99 on amazon.

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 28/08/2017 09:44

theimpossiblegirl thank you, unfortunately she's an absolute little dot and is more 18-24m so I think it would be huge!
