Oh I love this. I am looking for new decorations. Quality ones to repIace our old, tired and cheap ones. I don't know where to go to get them..... but I want what many of you have got!!

oblomov I do love homesense and tk max for decs. Totally different to main stream stores I find.

I do love this thread-everyone's trees gorgeous and I love seeing how everyone does theirs with their own style-
Yes I do go OTT on the lights-it does take ages and and lots of strands and it's me that does it as DH tends to flee during the untangling of last years lights....
We also put the strands of tinsel on as well-it does reflect the light and make it look sparklier
just waiting for DS to come home from Uni to put the loo roll angel on the top-it was made by DS1(who is 20 now) when he was in nursery and always takes pride of place on top....

helpful dog - after day 3 the bottom decorations have been moved up out of the way making a very unbalanced looking tree!

Love my tree this year just hoping it lasts as never normally do it this early.

I'm 37 weeks pregnant, so left the decorating to the dc. I love the mismatched baubles and homemade decorations. The tree is from Costco and is only in three parts, so very easy to put up.

I do, however, draw a line at the front door décor. That is all my responsibility. ;)

Here is my tree put up with love lol. Its a 6ft black one i got from b & m reduced to a tenner and its fab i really like it. Stuck with a silver, black and white theme and it goes well i reckon
