Sorry if this has been done.

Does anyone know when they are planning on releasing other than 'early November'?

It was the first of November last year!

Anyone got any idea on what it might be?

I loved it, I thought it was funny, loved the child's face at the end and the idea of dad put in the garden at night assembling trampoline. Have done that ourselves

I found the brandjam advert by Stop Funding Hate VERY interesting
m.facebook.com/stopfundinghate/photos/p.356331001370903/356331001370903/

A very interesting message regarding the press and asking customers and staff to put pressure on JL (and other brands) to think about who they advertise with.

I agree with you. Stop Funding Hate has done very well today. Last time I looked their video was second from top on twitter when you searched #bustertheboxer hashtag.

Especially in the light of the US election it's great to see people stand up here who just don't want this level of hate speech influencing our political system to the extent it has happend in the US.

But also: John Lewis really, why do their fund this kind of hate speech? They are so much better than that.

The themed children's pyjamas have already sold out in every size.

SootSprite · 10/11/2016 16:43

I didn't like it. I didn't like the family's reaction to the dog bouncing, they looked pissed off with him. Also, the dog would have barked like crazy when the other animals were on it.

Aldo's carrot ad beats this one hands down.

SootSprite · 10/11/2016 16:46

AldI Xmas Hmm

FreddoBaggyMac · 10/11/2016 16:54

It's funny and cute and sweet... but doesn't have the wow factor of their best adverts imo.

EccentricPickle · 10/11/2016 17:00

Aldi's adverts are always way better than the John Lewis adverts.

I really like the carrot one, it's really Christmassy. I loved the one that they did last year which was a spoof of the JL ad. Grin

ihaveabookaddiction · 10/11/2016 18:41

I loved it and the kids laughed their heads off. I have three:4, 8 and 10 and none of them mentioned father christmas. Perfectly pitched for such a period of doom and gloom.

Freezingwinter · 10/11/2016 19:05

I love the advert, I think it's beautiful. The boxer is gorgeous and I like the song! Ive already ordered my soft toy. Grin

Puppymouse · 10/11/2016 21:20

I felt very emotional watching the ad. I am very aware how easily manipulated I am by marketing gurus but the look on that dog's face and the sheer joy of watching him bounce is just what I needed today Smile

Buttercupsandaisies · 11/11/2016 23:31

I liked it but preferred last year! I thought man on the moon was fab! This one is less festive but more importantly I found the music didn't match at all! Ice watched it a few times and the music just doesn't go imo.

Buttercupsandaisies · 11/11/2016 23:34

Also.... Very few people buy a trampoline for Xmas due to weather!!
