Mimsnet and Mummyshortlegz you are both eeeevviiillllll

I may have put a few items in a shopping basket, to try and find the parcel motel details tonight off DH (as 1 item cannot be shipped internationally but DD would love it), and they actually have a bunny rabbit decoration which I need for my Bride's Box for DB and DSIL.

I have been wanting a deep navy and gold theme for years, and there is the most perfect bauble for sale, but my DH would have a fit as they are £4 each, and I am thinking I would need at least 30, so £120!

I also really like all the bugs and exotic birds.

Blue a gold and dark blue scheme would look amazing! Yes, it's £120 Shock but you will have them forever Xmas Grin. I really like the bees and insects, too, they look great.

I love B&M, there is a lot of trash but some total gems! I got my lights from there last year as well as a load of really good wrapping paper and some cute individual ornaments!

Anyone been to The Range recently? Their christmas stock always gives me palpitations!!

nickdrakeslovechild · 09/09/2016 20:40

oooh I bought lots of lovely scandi style decorations from the range last year, they were just starting to pack them away and were something daft like 80% off, they are all in a box in the loft ready for this year. Any new decorations I buy I am now buying 2 of each. one for us and one to put away for my DD to have when she has her own tree and house! I'm a soppy bugger me Xmas Grin

Back from holiday for 2 days before we whizz off to Wales for another holiday (was a great idea at the time...) and if I can manage to sneak my planning book into my bag I shall curl up and plan to my hearts content.

I did have a little moment of pure delight in TK Maxx as ours had just started putting out a few bits and pieces. I'm hoping that they have some Christmas Portmerrion Pottery this year - I didn't buy it last year because DH pulled a face so it's on my list for this year Xmas Grin

It's lovely and cool and rainy here today, I feel a bit festive. (Going up to 28 on Tuesday though, how?!)

Does anyone know if John Lewis have got their Christmas sections up get? Might be worth a drive over later Smile
