Ok, I blame everyone here for making me look at more little live pets! I now want to buy Clever keet for me as it looks fantastic. And it's on Argos 342...

I can't get free delivery with the chalk pens, so coming up as £6.99.. Not that I needed them anyway! Have spent a tonne on the Book People site with minutes to go before midnight.
Does the Entertainer ever have discount codes, does anyone know?

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 27/09/2015 00:05

Does anyone know if the Zatchel sale usually has further reductions?!

There's a £35 bag on there that would make the most perfect gift...but the top budget is £25...argh!

ArriettyMatilda · 27/09/2015 00:07

Thanks KitKatCHA ordered the Lego box when it was £27.99, so have just spoken to Amazon on their chat and they will refund the difference. I know it's only £2.50 but it makes it a bit more of a bargain Grin

BrucieTheShark · 27/09/2015 00:11

DON'T pay silly prices for kinetic sand.

This: is it and much cheaper imo. Good stuff, hoovers up easily. (don't buy colours either or they dye stuff).

BlueStarsAtNight · 27/09/2015 00:36

Loving all the bargain hunting on here, I've picked up a few gems already so thanks!
Anyone who's ordered on book people, did the discount work? I ordered stuff all from the children's books and Christmas categories, but the price in my basket didn't change after I put the code in, even though it came up with a note saying it had been accepted - anyone else have this?

Iggi999 · 27/09/2015 00:48

My prices were crossed through and the new price written next to them. Didn't apply to it all, but almost all the books I ordered.
The email they sent after just had the reduced prices, not crossed out. Email them tomorrow to check?

BeamingBrenda · 27/09/2015 01:24

Just ordered the sand.

HELP! I've been trying to buy the chalk pens since yesterday but there's nothing clickable on the link Confused. I'm presuming that you should be able to click on the "Get My Coupon Deal" bit but I can't.

What am I doing wrong?

Marking place

imip · 27/09/2015 08:43

Is the kinetic sand suitable for indoors? Or is it an outdoor thing? Is this a ridiculous question - sand indoors! I have a dd that is being diagnosed with asd, probably spd and wondering if it would be suitable...

Joycey29 · 27/09/2015 08:47

Photo blanket? Is it still on offer?

Jessica78 · 27/09/2015 08:49

Fluffycloudland - thanks for the radio times offer! Must remember to cancel the Direct Debit though Flowers

Received a few more items from Aliexpress:

Got Piping bag for Christmas cookies. Haven't tested one yet, but they are small enough hit looks like DD(3) will be able to hold them easily and they seem strong and sturdy, not thin.

These Mickey PJ's I only paid £4 for them and I thought the quality was good enough for £4, they seem like they will be comfortable. I probably wouldn't buy them again though. I only bought them because Goofy is on them and DD loves anything with Goofy on.

This necklace snake chain I was surprise at how sturdy it was considering the price. I even ordered a second one, just in case!

Mickey and Minnie cookie cutters good sturdy plastic, not flimsy at all. Can't wait to try these out with DD.

Letter Press for biscuits it's smaller than I was expecting, but thought it would be fun to make some biscuits with Merry Christmas pressed into them, and maybe DD's name. I haven't used it yet, but thought it was worth a go at that price.

Ruler set I realize this is pretty niche as far as gifts go, but DH asked for it. Good set for a great price.

Emoji stickers would not recommend they just send you a random sheet and I ended up getting really ugly ones with arrows and clocks on it, wasn't impressed.

Fold away pliers these were a bit cheap and rusty looking, I wouldn't recommend, but I still think DH will like it. It loves little folding tools and gadgets.

Adorable sticker earrings these were definitely cheap and I'm not sure they will last, but I think it would a great stocking stuffer. They are really cute.

Cat stickers some of the messages on the stickers are in English, but some are in Chinese. DD will not care and will just enjoy the very cute cats. Good quality, especially for the price.

Will continue to update as I receive more. My general rule for Aliexpress is I will probably never return anything so don't buy anything I wouldn't be willing to waste in case it's crap. So most of my items are £5 or less.
