Thanks for the new thread Reastie.

Just a warning to check the prices of amazon lightning deals on CCC before diving in.
I niticed today the main item is a philips juicer I bought for dh last week for £5 less than the lightning deals price. Cheeky!

imip kinetic sand is totally suitable for indoor use. Unlike real sand that has fine grains, kinetic sand is a bit like play dough but with a grainy texture and you can pull it apart and it sticks together and sort of 'drips' between your fingers. Easily cleaned up by hand.

I got a small tub for stockings a couple of years ago and it was great fun, moulding, pulling, stretching and rolling.A great sensory activity for a child old enough, but I wouldn't spend a lot on a playset personally, but that's just my opinion!

Scarydinosaurs · 27/09/2015 09:20

woah you inspired me to check out my own wrapping kit (twine, brown paper, organza ribbon) finally, I know from last year the price goes up! I bought a stamp from the English Stamp Company that I loved last year. I highly recommend them!

Debenhams have got some big reductions in their perfume gift sets. Got Hugo Boss Jour for my mum for £30 instead of £50. Remind how to post a link properly! m.debenhams.com/beauty/perfume-aftershave/gift-sets-for-women

Joycey
3 days left on the photo blanket.

Photo blankets are through Living Social - £19 for a 6 photo blanket.

If you click on my link to get there, I get a credit towards getting mine free.

Just got a big albeit still expensive bargain.

I decided that I'd like to get my mum a Mulberry purse this year as she loved the one I got years ago, never treats herself to anything expensive like that, and after a rotten year where I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and had surgery to remove it. She took my four kids 8,4,3,3 and looked after them throughout the whole ordeal which meant I could focus on getting better knowing they were safe and well looked after.

I checked out brandalley and found the one I'd been eyeing up from Selfridges at £295 Xmas Shock
mulberry purse

On brandalley the exact same one was £220, then I remembered an email from them a few days ago saying extra 20% off with the code SUNNY20. So it brought the purse down to £176 saving over £100 on the high street price. I had to pay postage off £5.95 Xmas Angry but still happy to get the purse I wanted for my mum for £181.95 in total.

I'm off to check out the English stamp company scary so thanks for that!

WoahBodyforrrrm · 27/09/2015 10:29

And I got £9.55 cashback through TCB, that's the delivery covered!

Mindysgotswag · 27/09/2015 10:36

Hi. Just got a Wowcher deal for personalised Santa letters with activity pack. Only £2.50. Will print on either pink or blue notepaper.

If you're looking for this...?

ARockNRollNerd · 27/09/2015 11:01

Thanks for the blackboard plate tip Firefly!

Iggi have you got standard delivery (default) selected instead of free delivery? I won't admit how long it took me to figure out why I was being charged £3.99 for delivery Blush

I've just picked up all six Hey Duggee characters from Argos for £27. Very happy with that and I absolutely bought them for DD and not for me and DH to play with, honest guv.

afreshstartplease · 27/09/2015 11:05

Looking for a grumpy care bear deal! Anyone seen any?

RJnomaaaaaargh · 27/09/2015 11:15

Probably impossible but I'm after the star wars Lego millennium falcon for under £100 if anyone sees it?

Thanks

timeou · 27/09/2015 11:52

Place marking, thanks

Littlemousewithcloggson · 27/09/2015 11:52

RJ , Very still do £30 off "new" customer spend and as its £130 would take it to £100 exactly.

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 27/09/2015 11:53

Thanks, Reastie!

woodwaj · 27/09/2015 12:07

The falcon is included in the Argos 3 for 2 if that helps? (It is 130 though!)

OvO · 27/09/2015 12:21

Noooo, I want the chalk pens for £1 not £3!

whatsonyourplate · 27/09/2015 12:54

Don't know if this has been mentioed (I didn't manage to read all of the last thread) but Tesco have blackboard mugs for £2.60 which would be good if you are giving the chalk pens as a gift, or you could fill them with hot chocolate sachets etc and write recipient's name on it.

whatsonyourplate · 27/09/2015 12:57

Damn just realised not eligible for click and collect so need to pay £3 postage, not such a good deal after all.

Littlemousewithcloggson · 27/09/2015 13:27

Thanks whatson, I have just bought 3 of those mugs (thought £3 postage for 3 was a bit more acceptable)
Got 3 sets of chalk pens for £1 each - thanks to DH and MILs Amazon accounts so guess what DDs teachers and TAs are getting for Christmas! Chalk pens and a blackboard mug each for under £5 - I'm delighted

babsmam · 27/09/2015 13:30

My chalk pen code says £1 but only takes £9 odd off. Wonders if we all have the same code.
May need to sign up for prime as it took ages to get over £20

RJnomaaaaaargh · 27/09/2015 13:36

My isme account has just changed to very so I don't think I can do that new account and I don't need anything else pricey enough to make 3 for 2 worth it. I do have 10% off very which would make it £117 but I've just got this £100 as a reasonable price.

It's for dh and he doesn't know so not a disaster if I don't get it.

Lolly12 · 27/09/2015 13:41

RJnomaaaaaargh It's worth keeping an eye on Asda online for Star Wars Lego deals. They have millennium falcon at £120 at mo but they do seem to have fluctuations in price. I got the imperial star destroyer for £80 last year and it was above £100 previously and everywhere else.

Sorry if already posted but Costco have large Lego storage head for £7.99 before vat, which is still less than a tenner with vat added.

needyounow · 27/09/2015 13:42

I am looking for a wooden advent calendar that has little ornaments to add each day. Something like this Advent Calendar
But hoping for something a little cheaper. Anyone know where is best too look? Thanks

RJnomaaaaaargh · 27/09/2015 13:51

Ooh thanks lolly I will keep an eye out

ItStillLooksLikeRainDear · 27/09/2015 13:53
