I'm waiting for the Kiddizoom to be reduced too. DD (3) has asked for her own camera for her birthday.

strawberrypenguin · 02/09/2015 23:12

How old is your DS chocolate we've got Toot Toot stuff DS was given track and cars for his second birthday and they got a bit of use. He's now nearly 4 and plays with them several times a week.

eastmidswarwicknightnanny · 03/09/2015 04:12

We got the parking tower in Tesco at weekend marked up at £20 but scanned at £13. Keep an eye out as toot toot randomly on offer on Amazon got couple bits for ds2 for first birthday n Xmas stored away, it's the cars on their own that are pricey.

babsmam · 03/09/2015 06:24

We have the kiddizom twist, it's great and pretty indestructible

Reastie · 03/09/2015 07:37

Re cameras, we gave dd my old digital camera (we'd got a new one as there was a tiny spec of sand in the lens which only seemed to show when the camera did a film so it stil, worked) and she loves having a proper big girls camera. If you had an ancient one at home I'd recommend this. We do get a million pictures of close ups of her leg/chin etc though

Imagine my surprise when I opened what I thought was a parcel of wool from China and it was a Smiling Pile of Poo emoticon cushion :o

I'd forgotten that I'd ordered one because of this thread! It brought a smile to my face on an otherwise dull day :)

wokeupwithasmile · 03/09/2015 09:29

Thanks a lot everyone, really appreciate the info!
...And a good day to all...

Tinklebinkle · 03/09/2015 09:37

Marking place! Smile

WoahBodyforrrrm · 03/09/2015 09:39

My little haul from the aspace clearance arrived today and I'm really pleased.

The rag dolls with the bags were £15 each down from £30 and the Bigjigs mini firestation was £12.50 from £25, perfect for my nephew. And Father Christmas will be brining my twin girls the rag dolls!

Some good deals on Amazon, quite a few cheap add on items. I think if you make up £20 worth of add on items it will give you the free delivery instead of just adding one or two onto an existing order.
linky

VinylScratch · 03/09/2015 10:45

Woah where did you get the twinkle star lights my little pony? DD would love that but I've just googled and can only see it for sale on American sites?

NotPennysBoat · 03/09/2015 10:51

Sorry I can't link but there was something in the MoneySavingExpert email this week about if you buy a £40 voucher you'll get a £10 voucher free. Only certain people are eligible, all the instructions are on the MSE website to check and being MSE I trust it's legit!
I've just checked both mine and DH's accounts and we're both eligible. Good if you're going to be doing a lot of shopping on Amazon over the coming months!

NotPennysBoat · 03/09/2015 10:54

Sorry I was talking about Amazon vouchers!! I managed to waffle on without mentioning that somehow!
And hopefully this is a link www.moneysavingexpert.com/deals/amazon#amazonfree10

Collieputthekettleon · 03/09/2015 11:56

Penny thanks for mentioning the Amazon gift card offer. Hope its legit as I'm eligible.

wlv12 · 03/09/2015 12:00

Sorry can't find a link but Iceland has 500 piece jigsaws for 89p, in apatasorus and indominous rex. Bought them as small add-on presents for my dinosaur mad son!

Thanks for the link re the minecraft teddies, have ordered one each for my boys. Getting a nice little stash sorted already!

wlv12 · 03/09/2015 12:01

Apatosaurus sorry for my terrible typing

Barbeasty · 03/09/2015 13:16

HMV were doing 2 £15 iTunes vouchers for £25 when I went past today.

And not Christmas, but BHS had 50% off lots of their school uniform, so if anybody wanted to stock up for next year could be worth a look.

FireflyGirl · 03/09/2015 13:16

I don't think any of us would have corrected you wlv12. As long as your DS didn't venture on I think you were safe Wink

The Works have 10 books for £10, some good titles. Plus apparently code VKING20 gets 20% off everything on the site. Free click and collect, and don't forget to gi through quidco/topcashback.

TobleroneBoo · 03/09/2015 14:20

Bareminerals are offering a free foundation sample if you answer a few questions on their FB page - could be useful for stockings / hampers

PamelaEwing · 03/09/2015 15:03

STOP THE PRESS!!! Poundland have just launched their online shop - £4 delivery or free over £50!!

Chocolateteabag · 03/09/2015 15:08

Thanks everyone re Toot Toot stuff - DS2 is 20mo so sounds like it will be worth getting him some of the track.

I had a card from Boden saying they are having a Warehouse Clearance event next Wed/Thurs at Harrogate Pavilion (Yorkshire Showground) starts at 10am both days
I can't make it as DS1 will just be on half days at school but might be worth the scrum for some?

TheOnlyPink · 03/09/2015 16:29

Just got a camelcamelcamel alert for Pandemic board game on Amazon. It's the cheapest it's ever been, £18.
I know it's still steep for a board game, but it's one of the highest reviewed and might suit someone!

neddle · 03/09/2015 16:33

£5 off voucher at The Happy Puzzle Company.

I've ordered loads of things from them and they have lots of interesting board games for kids.

To be able to use the voucher you will need to spend a minimum of £20 (excluding p and p) in one transaction quoting offer code VCHR5A at the checkout. The order must be made online before 11.59pm on Tuesday 8th September 2015 and you cannot combine it with any other vouchers or codes... but there are no other restrictions at all.

Cashback through Quidco too.

TobleroneBoo · 03/09/2015 16:54

MSE have a code for Ciate nail varnishes. A set of 10 for £25 instead of £85! Still a fair bit but apparently the individual polishes are £9 so a pretty big discount
