YaMasYaDaWithAWigOn ’s recipe for choc truffles
200g Philadelphia
350g icing sugar
500g dark chocolate (I use the cheap stuff from Aldi or Asda)
Melt the chocolate then add to the Philly and icing sugar. Add flavouring (1 teaspoon for vanilla, 2 for liqueur)?Leave to set for a little while
