Brace yourselves and form an orderly queue.

XMas clock.com says 357 (plus 14 hours)

Happy New Year to one and all. Hope 2015 is a good one Smile

DS has a Galaxy Caramel bar and some Galaxy Counters in his room, but the little swine would know if I swipe them (even though I gave him £10 yesterday for School Activities............)

If he can't learn to share with his DM there will be ramifications Grin

Rudolph Day

DS is 15 so sadly , I can't threaten him with The Naughty List. He'd sigh, look down (he's 4" taller than me) and pat my shoulder. Grin

He's in a sulk because I said we'd use the £2 jar for something householdey this year.
(£2 jar - metal tin that you can only open with a can opener. We divide it up in December and the only rule is it must be spend on frivallous things. We go shopping, he usually buys Microsoft points or an X-Box Game. Last Christmas, we got £280, so we put half towards an iPad for DD.
DS didn't spend his so it's in his bank account . He's a real saver, gets money for Christmas and Birthdays )

So this year, I'll buy a kitchen appliance or Netflicks or something.
Or I'll give his share to The Dogs Trust)

Or...to put it another way 11 months Grin

Bought some wrapping paper in Tesco yesterday - it was reduced to 10p a roll. That's bound to be my Christmas bargain for the year.

Sadly I must report that there are no more Matchmakers left and as my jeans are straining at the seams this is probably a good thing

Popped into my local garden centre yesterday. I couldn't believe the amount of Christmas crap (and it really was crap!!) they are still trying to sell. It's all at least half price but I doubt they could give some of it away.
