i wasent aware that this website was exclusive to particular people ? i felt the need to come on here because i felt like it and can be on 2 boards at the same time and also to back up laura whos had vile abuse aimed at her the past couple of days by a minority of posters who use these boards but ive found the majority actually decent in their support of her and other posters who were singled out by name etc . who actually gives a damn if someone buys 3 gifts or a hundred, spends a tenner or ten grand on their kids , its called live and let live and everyone does things they way they want . merry xmas :-) x

I don't know. Why do you need a reminder on mumsnet? Couldn't you just take a picture and look at it on your phone? Isn't the point of most threads that people comment? I can't see what you could say- 'well done'? Or 'not enough buy more'?

Why would the person posting give a toss either way? Probably they wouldn't? In which case, why post the pic at all? What's it for?

If you put yourself out there on the web and ask for comment, it's not always going to be positive is it? I mean, if I stuck a picture of my arse on the boards and said 'what do you reckon?' I would expect a variety of opinions on it and not everyone to say yes well done great arse?
