Congratulations to the new mummies!
It's making me broody or maybe it's because I've just gone back to work after maternity leave
Any good suggestions for really cheap budget present for youngish babies?

Doggy doo is half price (£11.49) on amazon. It looks terrible but my DD really wants it. Hmm

Think today might be the last day of Lightning Deals for a while

nodramamama · 10/11/2014 08:26

This is easy and inexpensive to make... Lemon coconut body scrub. Personally I prefer sugar to salt, and same polishing effect.

Also a yummy vitamin C facial serum would always be appreciated as a Christmas gift:

Costs initially but you'll make lots for a fraction of store bought serum and it will yield lots of gifts. It has a short shelf life as it's very fresh and has no extra preservatives or bulking ingredients.

Buy amber bottles from Amazon, and L Ascorbic powder, alongside vegetable glycerin

PizzaPasta I played DoggieDoo with my goddaughters; the 4 year old loved it for the novelty aspect and the squelching, the 8 year old was about as impressed with it as I was. I read the instructions a few times but we just had to use our fingers to push it in one end and then again to pull it out of the other, nothing like the advert. It was a complete nothing of a game, absolute waste of money in my opinion. But the 4 year old loved it Hmm

queststarz · 10/11/2014 08:43

FernArable · 10/11/2014 09:59

I'm out real life shopping.
Home bargains have toddler Elsa £17.99, Furby Boom £37.99, Barbie advent calendar £5.99.
Semichem have one eyed monster Stompees size small for £2.49! I nearly paid £15 elsewhere.

shash1982 · 10/11/2014 10:20

Was out rl shopping yesterday & got the m&s Christmas fairies from their advert (magic & sparkle think their called) in the 3 for 2. They are very pretty, my dd lived them.

Also popped into elc & wow, has anyone seen the massive dolls house thay have for sale?
Finished shopping for the dd's but I started to twitch in a big way when I saw it!Grin

Kind of thinking I should of got that instead of sylvanian families for 3 yr old dd.

duckbilled · 10/11/2014 10:29

BettyOff I would love the code for ELC please?

IceLemonGin · 10/11/2014 10:44
