The advent book thingy can be ordered cheaper through other sellers (if you click on the other seller bit) I chose to pay around £9 from the book depository, but you can get it cheaper from Canada. I am just a bit nervous of getting stung for taxes.

I went to a Sainsburys today which had Happyland Zoo for £20 (from £40). It looked brilliant but I didn't have an excuse to buy it. Ditto the balance bikes also £20 from £40.

Beer52 update. I emailed them as I had received x4 bottles and charged £14. Got a reply today and it was a mistake. They are sending out a further x4 bottles to me.

So if you use the £10 voucher for beer52 it is for x8 beers.

the dolce gusto code was sent by email to me as I'm registered with a machine so I assume anyone else who is should of got a code in an email too. must be one use codes hopefully someone else will have one too

I received my Flavourly box this morning - it looks fab thanks to the OP I'm really pleased with it. Now if anyone has perhaps maybe ordered another one still using the discount code erm have you used the same postal address but just a different name/email address? is it really bad to do this?

Tesco had some lovely Christmassy design jute bags in today. I got a large red and white one for £2.50 and think I might use it instead of a basket for a food hamper - but will need to buy another one for me too! They has smaller bags too and they were £1.75 I think.

Ooh moosey how do you undelete on a sky box? I should point out that it is one of the old sky boxes with about 40 hours of recording time on - not one of the newer fancier ones with lots more space and better features on. It's an incredibly basic box - I still miss my beloved original TiVo box that was killed a few years ago by a lightening strike, despite being much older than the sky box it had so much better functionality!

It probably also doesn't help that it's always operating at capacity so as soon as something is deleted the space gets clawed back to use for instant rewind. Hey ho.
