Yes, thanks Sniffy. Am trying to prevent myself from buying it for ds1 as I've already got his main present!

Right sorry but.... going to have to shout 'ANYBODY ANY SPARE BIRTHDAY CODES FOR ELC' I keep missing them Sad

I really want the garage but cos I'm not close to a store I'm going to have to pay for postage so thought the code would negate the postage iykwim Smile

so TIA

Thanks NEWSHOES for the twin info, if you happen to be in John Lewis then, yes please, check them out! I love John Lewis and am very envious of anyone going there at anytime. At least they do international delivery now, but it is not the same.

Those with the boden scarf, which one did you get as the gift? (I know the £9 ones, I mean which pattern) and do they mind if you returned what you bought and keep the scarf?

LaTrucha · 18/10/2013 07:10

Kyrptonite sorry to read that your DP has lost his job, how is he baring up?

SpottyT Thanks for the Flavourly code it arrived on Wednesday morning and within 20 min DS2 and I had eaten the chilli olives the popcorn and the oat bar! I started on the bacon jam yesterday (with added brie and oatcakes) delicious, I figure if I'm gonna order another as part of a gift I'd better sample the goods Wink

Glad lots of you have been able to use the Matalan code, they didn't have what I wanted on Monday so I'm going to try in store again today... BicycleGasoline if they are still unused could you/or someone else return the DVD's and then purchase them again later (=fairly soon after) with the code? my DP shamlessly did this (for me) within a 2 minute period recently and the same lady at the till just rang it through Blush

Mama1980 · 18/10/2013 08:08

Wondering if anyone can help....every year I buy a board game for the family (we love playing them en masse Blush) last year I got the Sherlock Holmes one. But this year I'm totally stumped, does anyone have any ideas? The more complicated the better Smile thanks.
I got a book people email saying they have a 'range of offers' on today I haven't seen what yet (I've nought so many books I don't trust myself on that site!) but if anyone wants to go look maybe worth it.

Not a Christmas bargain but more of a Christmas must have... Tesco are selling little nets of mini chocolate oranges that look like the nets of satsumas. Haven't dared buy any yet as I'd have had them scoffed before I'd even unpacked my shopping, but plan to get them for stockings .

DrHoraceWorblehat · 18/10/2013 08:37

Creepycadence I've ordered the finger puppets from amazon but haven't received yet. Delivery time slot given was 11th oct to 31st oct so no idea when I'll get them. Can say what they're like when I get them.
