Willemdefoeismine · 03/10/2013 12:42

I was in an M&S foodhall yesterday and did wonder whether I should go over and see if the M&S Christmas Food Brochure was yet available! Obviously I could feel it my waters!

mumtoone1 · 03/10/2013 12:45

I've got about £60.00 in M&S Vouchers that I've held on to to order the christmas dinner. How I love ordering and collecting the morning of the 24th. The food always taste amazing in my opinion.

Don't get too excited. It appears to be closed?

mumtoone1 · 03/10/2013 12:54

I'm on it just now. Can't book slots yet but can view everything. Its not appearing on the website but the link allows you to browse. definately for Christmas 2013

:) yum duck

spottymoo · 03/10/2013 16:41

Does anyone know when you book the collection slots?

Willemdefoeismine · 03/10/2013 16:55

I hot-footed it into M&S Food Hall to pick up a printed copy - none to be seen anywhere Sad!

bymoonlight · 03/10/2013 17:00

I want to order everything!

Who ordered last year? What was really nice?

HavantGuard · 03/10/2013 17:04

I had a look and thought it was all a bit underwhelming. Annoying as I usually get a lot of Christmas stuff from there.

HavantGuard · 03/10/2013 17:08

The Waitrose stuff looks amazing though.

NoComet · 03/10/2013 17:09

£45 for 1.4KG of beef, decent Tescos works out about £18

This isn't any old rip off, it's an M&S rip off Grin

bymoonlight · 03/10/2013 17:11

Is Waitrose online?

HavantGuard · 03/10/2013 17:17

I can't get a link to work but it's up on the Waitrose site.

bymoonlight · 03/10/2013 17:20

Waitrose is here

I wasn't that impressed tbh.

Nat38 · 03/10/2013 17:24

All the slots are booked up already!!AngrySadEnvy

deepfriedsage · 03/10/2013 17:28

Woo, already?

bymoonlight · 03/10/2013 17:33

No they haven't opened them yet Grin

GemmaTeller · 03/10/2013 17:44

Which reminds me of a conversation I heard when late night shopping in an M&S food hall last christmas.

Guy on phone, looking harrassed:

'they haven't got the dessert you put on the list'....

'yes, they've got others but I didn't know what your second choice was'...

'but if I come home with the wrong one is that worse than coming home with no dessert at all?'...

I just felt like giving him a hug Smile

bymoonlight · 03/10/2013 17:48
Grin

No dessert is always worse ... everyone knows that

GemmaTeller · 03/10/2013 17:53

Grin definately...

DH would have gone down the route of, 'I didn't know which to get so got them all' he's well trained Grin

NannyPlumForPM · 03/10/2013 17:54

Oooooh I don't know...... I think a badly chosen dessert is worse who on earth let a man go Xmas food shopping?!?!
