Sixth thread Shock but it’s OK we are allowed to get excited about Christmas now as it’s September

I’ve been a bit sporadic with this OP in what has been selected for adding in or not as there are too many links to add them all in, hope I haven’t forgotten anything major. Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren’t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. I haven’t checked all links to see if prices have altered since last thread so apologies if youg et very excited followed by disappointed. I will try to do better next time. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don’t work or if there’s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

I just ordered the glamour magazines for £1 - and much more off this thread. I don't know whether to thank you all or curse you Grin

BUT I accidentally ordered vogue at the same time Shock It popped up with a box that wanted me to click ok but I closed it instead. The tab for "order for yourself" didn't reappear though so a bit worried now!

RhondaJean · 14/09/2013 19:57

You can pay at Argos in part nectar points part cash. I think it's in blocks of £2.50 or 500 points but they may have changed that now so you just pay what you want in points.

I use mines in the toys 3for2 every year.

RhondaJean · 14/09/2013 19:58

Pettycheck your emails I'm sure you could cancel if need be.

RhondaJean · 14/09/2013 20:00

Oops I've got two emails, seem to have ordered one for me and one for my friend Blush ah well if I get two £45 sets for £2 it will all be fine!

I'm drowning in magazines though.

IcedCoffeeQueen · 14/09/2013 20:09

Love this thread, bought the rc helicopter for nephew what a bargain! need a gift for a 10 months old if anyone sees anything suitable!

lazzaroo · 14/09/2013 20:10

Stupid question alert....with the glamour subscription does it automatically stop after 3 months or do you have to remember to cancel? (I'm rubbish at that!)

LaTrucha · 14/09/2013 20:11

I got Baby Annabell for 5yo DD last year. She's pretty heavy. Most of the time DD plys with her 'First' baby annabel which I think is a great doll. She's getting My first Baby Annabell Baby Moves this year. Or maybe when DH gets back from his work trip as he promised her it!

I'm still looking for Octonauts toys bargains, if anyone has seen any.

CoffeeOne · 14/09/2013 20:14

Thanks for the Glamour and Murad link! I've ordered one for my mum. So after they've taken the pound out I can cancel my direct debit? Is that how it works?

SpottyTeacakes · 14/09/2013 20:17

You have to cancel it and you can do it after the first pound has come out just email them too (right Rhonda?!)

Snowgirl1 · 14/09/2013 20:22

bymoonlight I bought the wooden bear family dress up, the farm animals sound puzzle, the play-time fruits and the play-time vegetables. I did re-register with Achicha using a different email address to make sure I got the £10 off for being a new member.

PoppyWearer · 14/09/2013 20:24

Innotab 1 blue back in stock online at Smyths for £19.99. Ordered mine! GrinGrin

RhondaJean · 14/09/2013 20:26

Have to admit I have never emailed, only stopped th debit with my bank, but technically you are supposed to contact them to tell them because they could start a new direct debit, so I would suggest to less lazy other people that yes you email as well. Or phone if you are that way inclined.

CoffeeOne · 14/09/2013 20:27

Thanks :)

bymoonlight · 14/09/2013 20:36

LaTrucha Argos has Octonauts Kwazii Shipwreck for £16.99, reduced from £24.99

I don't know if this is a good price though or what the stock levels are like.

bymoonlight · 14/09/2013 20:36

That was the Amazon link, Argos also have it as well for that price.

sameoldIggi · 14/09/2013 20:36

Oh I really want a sit and spin zebra Sad but ds is already 15 months so would really get better use out of it now. And then I'd still have a Santa present to find come December..
.

PoppyWearer · 14/09/2013 20:45

John Lewis toy offers some bits of Sylvanian Families, Lego Chima, Deadly 60, Peppa Pig.

Don't forget free click and collect to your nearest Waitrose, to avoid delivery charges.

Reastie · 14/09/2013 20:47

How can you be too late to a christmas shopping thread in September ledkr?! Wink

OP posts:
LaTrucha · 14/09/2013 20:49

Sorry bymoonlight I should have said. He wants a Gup so he can take it in the bath. He should have said too: I'm taking the Kwaziis shipwreck that I bought back to Argos on monday. Grrr.

Ledkr · 14/09/2013 20:53

Well reastie I know your quiche has been going for a while.
Not a massive fan of the old Yuletide I'm determined to start early this year and do it cheaper.

partybags · 14/09/2013 21:08

Thanks for the sit and spin zebra. ds will love it!

ViviDeBeauvoir · 14/09/2013 21:12

sameold in my threads I'm on your post came up as:
'Oh I really want a sit and spin zebra Sad but ds is already 15' Grin

bymoonlight · 14/09/2013 21:16

How annoying for you LaTrucha! Kids!! He is quite sensible though, the Octonauts do belong in the bath Grin

I will keep my eye out for a Gup.

RhondaJean · 14/09/2013 21:18

I've just realised the sylvanian families beekeeper I bought in a moment of not realising the postage cost madness from amazon hasn't arrived.

Hmm
LlamaLover · 14/09/2013 21:21

Can someone run through the Glamour magazine offer? What is the goody bag and what length subscription should I be choosing?

Sorry - cant find the original details, but sounds intriguing!
