I'm moving to Upton Road at the end of the month. Not sure where it's near as I really don't know the area! Please tell me lots of nice things about it!

North street and the Tabacco factory are great - we can walk to SS great Britain and the arnolfini in 15 mins. ashton court is beautiful and a great place to walk the dog. I am going to a v interesting sounding debate between Christopher hitchens and Howard Marks at the Arnolfini at end of October!

I do miss London but I could never afford to live there and have a much better quality of life in Bristol.

Actually, two people can make a party if they're the right people and god only knows, Mumsnetters are always the right people for a party.
