Currently in hospital since last night with DS who is 3. Scans show masses on his brain. Drs believe them to be tumours, likely to have come from his abdomen.

Waiting for more scans/tests etc. staff are being overly nice to us which is worrying me more (though they did refer us to social services last night as they thought DH or I had fractured DS' skull.

Feel incredibly sick. He is 3 years old. Please hold my hand.

Trazzle, I'm so sorry for you all and for your beautiful DS. I didn't want to read and run. My cousin's DD was diagnosed with neurobastoma when she was around 2. She's now 7 and such a happy little girl. I'm thinking of you.x

oh your poor baby. So sorry about this horrible news Trazzle. I have no experience but am avidly reading other posts from people who've been there and got through so I hope that gives you something to hold on to. I can only offer a hand hold and a listening ear.

There is a little boy near me, who has neuroblastoma one of twins.
Harvey Hext, if you google it.
The recovery rate from this is very good,please don't despair just because it is the c word.
