Currently in hospital since last night with DS who is 3. Scans show masses on his brain. Drs believe them to be tumours, likely to have come from his abdomen.

Waiting for more scans/tests etc. staff are being overly nice to us which is worrying me more (though they did refer us to social services last night as they thought DH or I had fractured DS' skull.

Feel incredibly sick. He is 3 years old. Please hold my hand.

I don't know what else to say. Your last update nearly had me in tears.

I just cannot imagine the pain you must be going through. My thoughts are with you. When everything else fails, when your whole world crashes about you, all you have left is hope and hope will never fade or diminish, it will always be there.

You have so many people praying for you, thinking of you that if the power of thought alone could make a difference, your little boy would be home in your arms. Draw strength though, from our thoughts and know that you are not facing this alone.

Thanks all. We are still waiting for the GA and MRI. DS is starving. He's on a drip now as he's dehydrated. He is on the emergency list for the MRI today so there's now a reasonable chance that it won't go ahead. He is definitely on the list to have his biopsy and bone marrow sample tomorrow and have a line put in for chemotherapy.

I love him so much.

Thanks so much for all your support. There are so many of you spread all over, I keep picturing one of those photos of the UK at night with the little bright splodges of light. That's what you are to me. With an extra big splodge for buffy

Oh no, so sorry that it hasn't gone as planned today - if only they'd decide it's not going to happen, he could have something to eat! Poor boy.
