Currently in hospital since last night with DS who is 3. Scans show masses on his brain. Drs believe them to be tumours, likely to have come from his abdomen.

Waiting for more scans/tests etc. staff are being overly nice to us which is worrying me more (though they did refer us to social services last night as they thought DH or I had fractured DS' skull.

Feel incredibly sick. He is 3 years old. Please hold my hand.

Morning. DS has been crying because he's fasting for his anaesthetic. He's having fun watching Bob the builder though. The calm before the storm.

Trazzle - I have only just seen your post but like many others, couldn't read and run.

So sorry that things are the way they are at the moment. But as many have said, don't beat yourself up about what you might have done; until you got the shock news, you were not to know that things were anything other than normal, so you would have acted normally.

I've only just seen this, and I am so sorry Trazzle. Words are nothing but my heart is aching for you and your beautiful boy - my dd is the same age. I am praying for you too.

So sorry your boy was upset because he was hungry. That must have been so hard for you. I hope all goes well today - and that he is able to have a good meal later. Thinking of you and your boy every day. x
