This happened to me early in the week but by time I sent it the decision was already made to hrc lrm they said still send it as it will go on her file

@Mummytolucia oh raily! thats good to know she did say she has put a note on about the diagnosis and she did say she was putting it down as urgent not only becouse its the deadline now but because its causing my tremendous anxiety and stress as i have alot of mental health problems including anxiety disorder ☹️ hope i hear soon

Scan date 26th September been told to ring back on 23rd for an update

Has anyone got a decision txt message or call on a weekend? i got told they are working weekends but not sure iff anyone has heard on a weekend

Nope, I rung them at the beginning of the week because there was mistake in my daughters name, so I decided to ask for an update as well, was told that most probably will be done between Christmas and new year(27th Sep scanned). I seen ppl getting awarded from 20-30th september so hope for the best.

I just checked my bank account and saw a back payment from them!! I haven't had any text or letter from them... This isn't a mistake right?!

On the old letter it says they received my form on 16th September. If I've worked out the back payment correctly I think he's been awarded highest level!

I'm just nervous it's not right seeing as I've not actually heard anything from then!

@JosJosephsmumma oh really! Fantastic. Thank you! I feel a bit overwhelmed about this. I'm definitely booking him some 1:1 swim lessons as that's a big struggle of his! Wow this feels unreal.

I got told should be sent to DM once you get to 12 weeks then how ever long takes DM hence why come claims taking longer then others x

This is true as mine went dm at 12 weeks 1 days and the decison made at 12 weeks 2 days so was not long with dm at all but I did send a fair bit of evidence

Mines 12 weeks tomorrow they told me to call back on Friday 23rd but I’m keeping phone on loud incase they ring, I only sent SEN plan, letter from child development practitioner and the senco filled the form out for me I sent some more after but still not been scanned on I’m just hoping it’s enough she’s 4 and suspected ASD but school thinks she might have ADHD but the ASD is masking it

Hi everyone,
so pleased I’ve found this thread. Can anyone help me at all though. I sent forms off in October (before date that was needed to be sent in order to receive back pay). Called them as hadn’t heard anything and it’s been two months and they said they’d received it 11/11 (is that my scan date?!).Does this mean it won’t be backdated? After reading through the thread Im expecting not a decision anytime soon, but hoping someone may be able to help rather than me ring. Thanks!

@Amber2802 hey lovely yes that’s your scan date!! You will most likely get a text saying they are still dealing with your claim not sure exactly when that will be. You will get backdated from the date you signed the form or if you rang up to get the form it will be from then. Usually takes up to 12 plus weeks to get decision depending on the dm

@Amber2802 they received my form 23rd September so im assuming thats my scan date im hoping to hear before Christmas 🎄
