Hi,

I created a new thread as the old one is reaching its limit.

Mine was still with a dm had been since Monday x

That's a pain they might be calling up your doctor and stuff to get more info sometimes they do that I read and doctors tend to take time to get back to them x

I’ve just received a text saying he qualified so rang back up and he’s been awarded hrc and lrm for 2 years I’m over noon I actually cried to the lady on the phone… @Hayhoarematthews ring up you should have a decision by now x

@Shellbel10 dont worry thats not new claims think they around 15 weeks . Im waiting on coc so takes about 20 weeks apparently been waiting since june 16th x

@Kits45 hopefully but good luck with our doctors there a nightmare and her bladder nurse is on annual leave @alwaysonthegomum yay so glad you have your decision I've not had any text yet so i doubt it but will give it a go x

It's the only reason I can think of to why yours has been with the dm so long coz I would of thought you would have yours by now xx

@Kits45 just spoke to someone who told me something totally different of course i was told it had been looked at by the case manager the other day and today the lady i spoke to said its still with a dm and they cant tell if its been looked at as a decision would of been made apparently no way of checking if its been looked at, i had been doubtful she would get it and as its been with a dm for a while I'm thinking that's the reason why

I think some of the people in that call centre don't know there arse from there elbow it seems lol. From what you have said I can't see any reason you wouldn't get awarded I'm. Keeping my fingers crossed for you hopfully it will be sorted over the weekend xx

@Mkd1322 i do to after what they said yesterday. We are in to November from Tuesday so when u think june to November is pretty long 😄

Yea you have nothing to lose just keep calling till you find a competent person lol coz you keep getting loads of conflicting info each time xx

Hi everyone just letting you all know my scan date was 25th of July i woke up to a payment this morning the wait is finally over 😩

Mines been with DM 2 weeks today thinking whether or not to call them???

@Cass29 @Mkd1322 I phoned. Complete waste of time. They wouldn't give me any info except to say it has not been looked at yet and I just have to wait because there is a backlog.

@OKJ oh so we are no further forward then 😔 i get there can be back logs but i think once they get to 19 weeks they should be pushing them through they seem to do that with new claims they tend not to go past 15 weeks .coc are meant to be up to 20 so what hope do we have at a few days off 20 weeks they havent even been looked at yet . I remember my first claim 3 yr ago was a 8 week waiting list sure i got to 12 weeks n rang them and he said it should of been done weeks ago that same day it was pushed through the money was in my account 4 days later x
