Thankyou all for your lovely messages, baby Joseph is doing very well, though having some problems with the breast feeding, I am expressing, giving it to him in a cup, and continuing to try and breastfeed.

He is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my entire life, I still can't believe he is mine!

Good luck to all the ladies still waiting to deliver, I can't believe we managed to fill a whole thread.

Many thanks for all the support and encouragement along the way.

MerlinsBeard · 05/04/2008 11:40

angua

Enjoy him (kicks self at really STUPID advice)

Hi Peachy and VS - I just logged in to see how you were getting on. I hope your LOs are here very soon - don't despair yet!

One week on I'm still feeling pretty rubbishy. I've now got an infection on my stitches so I can hardly walk or even stand but I started on ABs yesterday so let's hope they have some effect soon. Just sent DH to get some probiotics to make sure I don't get breast thrush (the reason why I stopped bf DD1). So VS, despite being over the moon about my VBA2C, I thought I'd be able to climb a mountain by now and look at me, almost worst than after my CS! Still no regrets though, so I'm rooting for you.

Got to decide today whether am going to Uni on Monday- not going i9n after baby comes but they are holding revision sessions, and I still ahve disertation to write uop too.

Never thought it would be a consideration, but it's a 4 hour lecture on Indian Philosophy..... hmmmmmm
