Big show this morning (leading to slightly panicked thread )....

Contractions now about 10 mins apart. Having a homebirth, so I'm going to be about lots, and thought I might as well start a labour chat thread

Flamesparrow, if you're still in the land of 10 mins apart and not otherwise engaged(!), can I just ask what you're planning to do with DD - you mentioned you told her she'd be playing at Gran's a bit earlier but by the sounds of her and DH asleep, she's still at home. I only ask cos I'm hoping to be in exactly the same position as you in exactly 5 weeks time (can't tolerate another late DS!)

Good luck by the way, just remember - every contraction you have is one contraction less

Oh flamesparrow! I so hope that the lack of contact is because things have kicked up a notch or two and that that precious LO is on the way SOON!. I love perfect homebirth stories.

If if is after bedtime that you deliver then you won't have to worry about DD... (that is how it worked out for us when DS was born.) The older two woke to his first cries.
