I'm booking this thread early. nickelbabe's live birth thread

I'm getting really impatient, and Isbn is showing no signs of wanting to be born.

So far:
I am 40+4 today (was due on Saturday)
I am very heavy.
Isbn is currently residing on my bladder, and also a nerve on my left-hand-side hip.
It feels the lowest it has been, and I can't decide whether the tightenings are Isbn's bottom or muscles doing something.
For the past couple of days, I've been feeling sick, like morning sickness, and food has been giving me massive heartburn.

Don't get your hopes up, but I thought it would be a good idea to start the thread, because DH isn't technical enough to start one when the time comes (and is indeed very hesitant about even posting on it)

Congratulations Girlsyearapart that's great news, your niggle paid off - bet your DH glad he didn't go out last night. Lovely the baby came the day after his birthday too so they can have their own day. What's his name btw?

Congratulations girls. I'm so impressed you were 9when you got to hospital. I'm liking the idea of not being in hospital long! Were you coping well through the night? Was it quick? Very exciting that you are having baby cuddles.

I want to know how nickle is doing! I hope you're contracting well! Still just lower back ache here. I think I will be the only one to end up with a section at this rate :-( I want contractions and I want them now!

I had a feeling when you poted about your DH bogging off out but actually going to bed that something would happen!
This is what everyone means about DHs being horrid andthen DW giving birth!
Now I need DH to be mean to me (that would never happen! Why is my DH such a thoughtful, kind person?? :( :( :( :( :( :( :( )

and i can't believe you just popped a baby out without posting all the gory details!!

Who - 16 pages and 1 baby - but it's not the OP's....

don't care - girls - post pictures of your lovely scrummy bundle of coochy-coo so that Isbn gets the idea and pops out too
