How did this happen. I am so, so ashamed of myself. I used to weigh in 13 stone, then overhauled my whole diet and got down to 9stone 8lb.

But I've put it all back on. And so much more. This is shameful and I cannot believe I have let it get this bad. I've even had to buy some size 20 tops. I have tried slimming world but that didn't really
Work for me. So I'm back to calorie counting. And 5:2. From today. I've got to stop making excuses. I am going on an amazing holiday in January with my 2 best friends and. CAN'T be the size I am now.

I am sick of feeling tired, uncomfortable and just plain shit because of what I eat. I've taken before photos (won't post them as they would scar you forever) and have stuck a photo of myself at my smallest when I still thought I looked fat on the fridge for inspiration. I can do this!!!

Good evening everyone, hope you've had lovely weekends.

After horrible sickness this morning, I've been quite ok for the rest of the day. I have had a 3 course lunch today (including treacle tart for pudding, oops) and I'm rounding off the day with a cup of tea and one of the last bits of millionaire shortbread.

The scales will not be pleased with me tomorrow!!

Evening everyone! Happy Monday. Has the sickness gone Iampert? Mmmmm everytime you mention the shortbread it gives me a massive craving for it. It's my FAVOURITE.

I'm trying to do a 500 day today. Had 179 calories so , tea is beans on toast which comes in at 240 so 419 in total. Going to go home soon, have tea then hot bath and bed to watch Liar. Ds is staying my parents and all I want to do is get a takeaway, a bag of crisps and a large bottle glass of wine. But I won't!! Need to stay strong. Out tomorrow after work my my friend, ds, and her dd so need to stay strong because that place is full of temptation

Evening ladies. Well done @TellysAndWellys, that's a very successful 500 calorie day!

I had a veg soup and roll for lunch, dolllowed by the very poor choices of a packet of crisps and a kit kat, which was 619.

I was due to have homemade cannelloni for dinner but I stupidly got dehydrated today and very embarrassingly passed out on my train home (and I've got the very sore bum to prove it!) so I have skipped dinner and went to bed as soon as I got in at 7.45. Luckily DH was with me (which must have been fate because we never get the same train home!) and he made me drink a full 500 mil bottle of full sugar Ribena straight afterwards so that was a load of empty calories so I think I'm ending the day on about 830.

Thanks Iampert. Feels good that I've stuck to it. Wasn't too bad at work but it's taken everything I have not to order a pizza tonight.

Oh god, are you ok? Thanks God your dh was with you. Pretty much the exact same thing happened to me when I was in early pregnancy. I came around staring up at 5 strangers staring at me, then a very kind man helped me up, guided me off the train as I sobbed hysterically (I've never fainted before or since) and settled me down on the platform before running to get his connection. Really hope you're ok, look after yourself and I wouldn't worry about the calories. 830 is still brilliant!

Hi ladies!

Yesterday wasn’t a good day for me, I picked on a piece of cake and some pasta at work, then had a jacket spud with beans, a bag of caramel snack a jacks and followed up with a burger and fries at Frankie & Bennys 

Dh had a horrible day so I suggested we ate out, a moment of madness led me to the burger 🍔

Aww @lampert I hope you’re ok, try and remember to drink loads, even though it means tons of toilet trips!

@TellysAndWellys - you’ve had a fab day then, well done 👍🏻

I've never fainted before either @tellysandwellys. Very odd! I am feeling shattered this morning but have a really big day at work today - I'm presenting at an event for about 75 people and my boss has given me this opportunity saying it's important for my career, so as much as I wanted to stay in bed longer and work from home it's not an option! My DH is not happy with me, it's a 3 hour drive to the event and he wanted me to stay in bed! I kinda wish I had cause I'm in a traffic jam not moving!

I've had a cheesy pastry thing for breakfast because it was all there was I could grab and eat in the car. It was massively calorific and quite frankly not very nice so not a good start today!

Another not so great day here Hmm

Cereal bar for breakfast, two veggie sausages and a slice of banana cake for lunch, dinner was a small bowl of beef casserole and 500 cal worth of fudge ShockShock

Still under calories but feeling urgh!

Must get my head back in the game!

Cheesy pastry thing this morning, go ahead apple slices, blt baguette, crisps, spinach as ricotta cannelloni. I am going to turn into a diet blob of carbohydrate!

Skyr yoghurt, almonds, and just bee water for brekkie. A cheesey wrap and vit water. One of those whitworth’s fruit biscuit ‘shots’, boiled eggs, and a coffee as snacks. So 1k calories so far. Dinner will be approx 500 cals. Will walk 10k steps at a v fast pace. So overall will be on a net intake of 1200. But tomorrow will binge on protein.

Hey everyone, hope your event went good Iampert. I haven't presented infront of people since uni and I was a nervous wreck, don't think I could ever do it again.

Well done for today everyone, another day done! I've had quite a bad day, 400 cals at work (slice of birthday cake and a yoghurt) then went to a laser quest/mini golf place after work and had a bucket, yes BUCKET, of chips. Not too sure how many calories are in that though, I'm going say 1000 but could be less or more. Off to bed now, bake off will have to wait. Sweet dreams everyone

I'm pleased with myself this morning, eating a few grapes, melon, sliced banana with yogurt and a spoon of granola for brekky. Still pretty high calorie but at least it's not just stodge. Hurrah!!

I reallllllly fancy pizza today so I might see if DH could be persuaded into a pizza express trip tonight. A legerra one isn't tooooo bad!

I know Blush I asked for a portion of chips and the helpful man obviously took one look at me and realised instantly I'd be the kind of person who'd want a bucket of chips. And extra £1.50 later, a bucket of chips was in my hand! Shameful. Nice chips though.

Breakfast sounds yummy Iampert. I RESISTED cakes this morning. I went to get one (another office Birthday) then when I saw the 250 calorie label on the front I put the box down and went back to my desk. So was quite pleased with that. Trying to do a 500ish day so I've had a pack of popcorn (I'm such a snacker ) and some fruit so on 267 calories right now. No idea what to have for tea, maybe some vegetable soup? I'm taking ds McDonald's tonight though so I NEED to resist. Which I definitely, 100% will do... probably.

Mmmm love pizza express. You can't go there without getting dough balls though, it's the law!

I'm on the train home - got a really early one to avoid it being too busy so I have a seat, yay. I'm gonna try and do this from now on and then just work from home for a couple of hours when I get back.

For lunch I had roast gammon, a little bit of mash with leeks, roasted veg and a Yorkshire pudding, so rather naughty but hopefully more nutritious than something f bread based. I have been eating such rubbish I really felt I needed some protein and veg, but I shouldn't have had the mash.

Not sure whether we will do pizza express because I need to work so perhaps I'll pick up a pizza from m&s on the way home - won't be the same though!!

I resisted! Ds and my dm both had something and I had nothing! I've come home and had soup and one slice of wholemeal bread so ending the day on 510 calories. Although I so so so so so so so so so so soX a million want some chocolate and crisps.

Dinner sounds lovely! The protein and veg will do you good.

Do you have deliveroo in your area? I don't which makes me want to move house makes me slightly sad but they deliver pizza express? Could be an option

We made it to pizza express. (I'm going to erase your deliveroo comment from my brain because in a moment of weakness that knowledge could be extremely dangerous!!!!)

We used a tastecard so it was 241....and DH wanted dough balls. So we ended up having dough balls and garlic bread as a starter. Oooops. I ate 1/3 of the garlic bread and / dough balls, plus half a pizza and a side salad. Double Oops! Half a pizza leftover for tomorrow's lunch though!

Sorry!!! This is supposed to be a supportive weight loss thread, not ' I know how you can eat pizza and dough balls without leaving your settee' thread 😂

So far today I've had a pack of snack a jacks (87 cals), jacket potato and beans for lunch (going to say 600, have no idea really) then a cookie (200). Home now but off to the cinema in an hour and will probably grab some tea but no idea what yet.

Hope everyone is doing well and keeping dry in this horrible weather ☔️

Sounds like a good day. What are you seeing at the Chema?

I've had a bad day today. Feeling really really sick and have tried to eat through it (which normally works) and failed. I've eaten 2 portions of noodles with soy sauce (500 cals) and 2 slices of leftover pizza (250 cals).

I am doing so badly!!! I felt good this morning because although I've not made brilliant choices, i have at least had more balanced food over the last couple of days, and I had at least maintained my weight. (I'm not going to actively try to lose at the moment). But today I've worked whilst lying on the sofa and have barely moved all day and just eaten a load of carbs.

I think I should probably leave this thread, I'm hardly helping to motivate you am I!!!

I’ve stayed under my goal of 1200 calories today, but I haven’t had a great day:

Breakfast- yogurt (67 cals) and banana (90 cals)

Lunch- small portion of chicken curry-no rice , banana cake 🍰 and fresh pineapple (120 cals)

Dinner chicken Caesar salad, (300 cals) snack a jacks(103 caps) fibre one salted caramel bar(87 cals)

Still trying and hoping for a better day tomorrow x

I just had a sneaky stand on the scales and by some miracle, I've lost a pound!!!!!!!! I know that sounds a bit pathetic to be so pleased but given what I've been eating......

@lampert well done 👍🏻 I weighed in this morning too (a day early) and lost 1lb too, I’m ok with that as I did have the F&B burger 🍔 and chips 🍟 on Monday!

Today has been another snacky day, I’ve moved to yogurt (67cal) for breakfast, had soup (51 cal) 2 jumbo fish fingers(224 cal) a piece of cake 131 cal) and 20g of cheese (86 cal 😱)for lunch

Cuppa and fibre one bar (87 cal) for afternoon break.

Having sweet chilli chicken, rocket and corn on the cob for dinner which leaves me a tad under 1000 cals- I think I need to cut back to 1000 cals every day to speed the weight loss up.

Iampert we went to see The Kingsman. It
Was ok. We went to Handmade Burger Company for tea, I had a veggie burger and we shared a portion of chips so no idea on the calories. Didn't have any snacks at the cinema though so winning there!

Massive well done on losing a pound
Each Iampert and Camden!! Image if you lost a pound a week, then time next year you could be 3 and a half stone lighter!!

Welcome Cat! I know exactly how you feel with the self loathing, I feel so ashamed I have put on so much weight! But we can do this and realising that you really do want to change is a big step.

I've done ok today. Well, I say ok. I've had 516 calories. So that's good. I've felt sick all day though, really nauseous. So only had a bit of fruit at work. Got home and again felt terrible, like I was going be sick at any point but I was starving at the same time. So shared a pizza out th freezer with ds, which came in at 400 cals ish. So kept to my 500 day just about but haven't really had the right things.

Weigh day tomorrow though, I've really tried this week and have done 3 500 cal days so hopefully I'll see the effects

Hi everyone, can I join too?
I've put a fair bit of weight on this year due to a couple of close family bereavements which also triggered my anxiety so my normal eating habits went out the window and was replaced with LOTS of junky comfort food.
I'm 5"3 and would guess I'm at 12stone ish currently as I don't weigh myself. I had to buy size 14 jeans a couple of weeks ago for the first time so that has spurred me on to really tackle this now. I'm just going to go off how I feel and how my clothes fit as otherwise I get way too obsessive with weighing. I'm aiming to get down to a size 10 by christmas which may be a bit too optimistic but hopefully if I stick to calorie counting and regular gym sessions I can at least get to a small 12.
I've been doing this since monday and stuck to my calories everyday so far, slight blip today as I had a slice of angel cake but rest of the day was fine so minimal damage hopefully.

Welcome Ranger!! Sorry to hear about your bereavements. You'll find everyone hear is really nice and supportive (except me when I'm suggesting deliveroo Wink)

1pound and a half off for me! Which again I KNOW is really good but just feel despondent slightly :( a loss is a loss and I've moved over the stone lost catergory now but I've tried SO hard this week, 3 500 cal days we'll pretend the bucket of chips didn't happen so just expected a bit more. I've also been drinking at least 3 litres of water a day.
I pig out at the weekends though so I'm
Playing catch up in the week plus I'm not eating as much fruit and veg as I should be so from tomorrow I'm
Upping the fruit and veg and definitely staying away from buckets of chips!!
How is everyone today?
