Hi all
So today I downloaded mpf & well I need ur help & loads of buddies on there. So please add me if u use it. I'm going to logging my daily intakes. Goal is to stay under 1600 cals which I can manage. My TDEE is 2119 (someone kindly worked it out for me on the 5:2 thread). I'm trying to follow the 5:2 although have been falling of the wagon so to speak. Hoping MFP logging will help with this.
