I know there will be Oxford MNers I haven't mentioned, forgive me!
There is possibly going to be a breastfeeding picnic arranged for the Oxford area on July 21st.
Can you make it??

emailed you

Do we have a poster yet?

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 16:10

No, and I'm rubbish at graphics, DP isn't though, he's a geek so I could get him to make one up if no-one else wants to?

ruty · 10/07/2008 16:28

keep it simple. A massive pair of boobs for example. That might drum up some interest [of the wrong kind admittedly]

Ready4anotherCoffee · 10/07/2008 16:36

how about a shilouette of mother/baby in a circle without a line through [in the same kinda vein as no smoking signs]?

Or 'warning babies bfing'

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 16:46

Something like this?

OP posts:
VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 16:47

or this

OP posts:
vacaloca · 10/07/2008 16:52

Count me in! Any alternatives if weather not good?

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 16:56

Haven't thought of any as yet, I don't really know Oxford all that well, any suggestions?

OP posts:
2manykidsNobraincells · 10/07/2008 16:56

Is there a time this is starting? Sorry newbie here still not got the hang of it here

ruty · 10/07/2008 16:58

what kind of indoor alternative would be be wanting?

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 16:58

I think we said about 1pm?
That way it coincides with the other events going on around the country and gives Harpsi time to get from the babycafe.

ruty · 10/07/2008 17:00

that second poster is wonderfully militant.

2manykidsNobraincells · 10/07/2008 17:07

1pm sounds great thanks

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 17:10

Is it too militant do you think?

OP posts:
Ready4anotherCoffee · 10/07/2008 17:38

What about the first image with the words from the second?

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 17:42

Indoor alternative needs to some form of shelter that is still highly visible, possibly open-air?

OP posts:
harpsichordcarrier · 10/07/2008 17:45

I will cat you to see if that helps

VictorianSqualor · 10/07/2008 18:07
