depends how many and how long till you feed again. alcohol metabolises out of your breast milk at the same speed as it does from your body. If in doubt pump and dump

My dh had this similar debate recently - i.e. would my boozy milk after a big night be better than formula for ds2 3 months? Sorry can't help with facts but we went for my milk as we haven't done mixed feeding up till now and it seemed a strange reason to start...

if baby is old enough to go til morning, or at least most of the way hold off til then. otherwise give a small feed now and more as the alcohol leaves your body. that said if we're only talking one or 2 drinks i wouldn't worry at all really

can't work out what that would be in units - I would have a drink or two in the evening and feed my baby at 3 or 4 in the morning - but it would feel wrong to tell you its ok - because I'm guessin

shoul be fine to feed in the morning... won't do baby any harm to hold off til then and it'll stop you feeling guilty fo feeding him/her boozy milk.

that said it doesn't sound like you drank too much so if he/she is really hungry give a little feed

DS feeds every 1 -3 hours... have some emergency formula in cupboard though. Not sure im ok...
