Blimey, baby lazza has been asleep for nearly 3.5 hours! I should probably wake her?! But she must be shattered from all the rubbish nights, being ill etc. toddler lazza is at pre-school so I think she's making the most f the peace & quiet! I settled her in pushchair at 11, she woke at midday but was clearly still tired. I fed her and she fell back to sleep on me. I put her on the sofa at 1.30 to get some lunch & thought that'd wake her....oh, she's just woken up....with a great big smile on her face Smile

Aw bless.

Baby larle has had a massive meltdown at his Nanas today while I was at Pilates. He screamed for nearly an hour, his cheeks and nose are bright red now. My poor boy. He has a cold and is teething, not a good day to leave with his nana. And I had no milk to leave her but I was only gone for 80 minutes Hmm

Just had to call dr, baby larles fontenelle is depressed. And after the crying fit this aft was a bit worried.

He said its likely to be dehydration esp considering he has fed to sleep all afternoon. Feeding again now, might give him some boiled, cooled water if it doesn't improve soon.

It's just worry after worry

Well, tonight's got disaster written all over it. Second set of jabs this afternoon but babypants hasn't been feeding well all day (all under 20 mins), has a watery eye that could be conjunctivitis and now I have the added bonus of sore thighs. She threw up after her bath and screamed during her last feed until she fell asleep. I have no idea how long she'll stay down for - have given her calpol so hopefully it'll see her through. Poor little mite Sad

How is BabyLarle? Better I hope.

Any I hope the magic pink liquid does the trick. We were supposed to have 2nd jabs tomorrow but the GP is off sick so now it's the week after next!

Madam has been fussing with her feeds all evening & I can't seem to settle her tonight. Fingers crossed it happens soon!

Kettle is going on. Earl grey for me. Brew anyone?

Just finished chest feed of night (can't complain, she settled at 10.30). Just waiting til she's sleepy enough to transfer. Quite pleased to have managed without any screaming. We have visitors. Obviously they're understanding but avoiding screening is quite positive! :)

Hi all, first feed here after a very long and screamy bedtime. Daddy finally had the magic touch & got her down. It would be lovely to have smoother bedtimes but it is also very nice not having first feed until now.

Good work on the evening out Goat. I'm very much looking forward to that but suspect it might be a while with my little bottle refuser!

Yay! She gave me another few hours - allbeit noisy ones. She was flinging her head from side to side and grunting a lot so I had to sacrifice my right hand from under the nice warm duvet to have it resting on her chest. Brrrrrr. Where the heck is summer? I want to be warm again at night Angry
Hope everyone else had better nights. Kettle's on Brew Brew Brew

Well ds finally settled at 10 and didn't have a feed until 4 although he woke up about 3 times inbetween. However when I got up to get him out of his cot (he was crying) he fell asleep straight away. I think it may be that he moves around a lot in his sleep and wakes himself then struggles to self settle but he must be learning as he got himself back to sleep 3 times last night (once I was out of bed, of course!).

Hope everyone has a good day.

I'm with you soyo.

Had an awful time getting her to sleep tonight. I think the jabs are still causing her discomfort and after three attempts to get her to go off on her own, I have resorted to Calpol again, like last night Blush

I hope she goes through now - she fed very well today so fingers crossed. Otherwise, i'm cracking open a victoria sponge Confused

Still no joy. Got about 20 minutes before she started whinging. Gah. DH walked her around for half an hour and now i'm giving her boob, hoping it'll send her off. Very tired and need to get to bed soon Sad
