Hips thing is wierd. I was feeling ok when spoke to MW. But she said even when I feel good I must follow the advice about staying symmetrical (so hard when you are used to crossing your legs!), keeping knees togther (should have said that before I got pregnant) etc so I don't make it worse. I had brought in a cushion as a lumbar support, but now it's under my hurty bum

I know what you mean about crossing legs type stuff. I had my chakras re-aligned a few years back and was told I needed to keep both feet on the ground (literally) to keep centered... it was an eye-opener as to how lopsided I was - and quite difficult to always be straight.

The ms is just bollocks - but we're going to have a baybeeee... which I've realised I'm still in denial about because even though I go to the midwife and she lets me hear the heartbeat and I grin and say "wow", it's still not very real.
