OMG I can't believe I missed Lemontop's post yesterday - I am so sorry!! That is wonderful news though, I am so pleased, and can't wait to hear that you are all home!! Well done on the feeding as well - all so exciting!
Raggie would def post to you, is just I am not sure how reliable London post is at the minute, but can def try! The last post I got was sent on August 14th.... Or if you are free this weekend, three of us from a pregnancy thread are meeting for lunch in E Dulwich (anyone else welcome too!). Or could meet for a coffee somewhere central-ish? Up to you.
Tamlin that is the CD I have too. I hope it is working. I"ve not read the brochure thing yet, but it definitely sends me to sleep, so if nothing else, at least it is doing that! Erika I am with you on the sleep thing. Does anyone else have awful, horrid, terrifying dreams at the minute?! Mine last night was so awful I can't even bring myself to write it down - I daren't go to sleep for ages afterwards!
Laugs thanks for the book recommendations - I really like Libby Purves so will give that one a go! You're totally right - by my bed, I have Childbirth without Fear, the Ina May Gaskin one and Stand and Deliver (v well worth reading, btw) - all well thumbed. Then, I have two books lent to me about babies which I daren't even look at yet!
BeepBeep I found your post v reassuring. It is so nice to hear about 'untraumatic' births. And I am with you - if I can avoid an epidural/forceps/em cs then I will be pleased!
Trikken - was the psychic man right?!
Just been for blood tests to recheck my iron as it was pretty low last time. V nice actually, as I got to leave work at 3!
