Morning all,
Lemontop What lovely news about Isaac! I bet he'll be home in no time now!
Hobnob BHs are supposed to calm down by resting (on the left side...) and re-hydrating. Then again, some people say walking around helps.
Fruitpastels Shame you caught the cold! The worst thing is wanting the dose up with Beechams, or better yet, a hot rum and honey. Wrap up warm and make sure you're drinking lots. (Honey is allowed while preggers, right?)
Beepbeep See, that's the part that makes me unsure... Everyone says that you'll "just know" when it's time to go to hospital. Yet you managed at home until you were fully dialated! I know it was all good in the end with you giving birth in hospital and all, but it just goes to show how different people's bodies are.
Helips I'm sure shopping counts towards nesting!
Tabby Sounds to me like a sparkly pink scooter and cake is just the ticket for making your DD feel special for the day! Sorry to hear about the housekeys incident though. Shingles is the adult version of Chickenpox, so if you've had that you should be ok as far as I understand.
Tamlin at knocking on the vicar's door with that t-shirt! I hope he had a good sense of humour?
Ursi Good luck with the packing! Just remember to reward yourself after every packed box.
Erika Erm, I'll blame it on the preggobrain, but I completely misunderstood the placenta thing... I thought your friend had found some random company that pays for them... But yes, I think shipping it in a lovely box with a bow on top to the Evil-Company is a good plan! Also, on your behalf re: the food situation - don't they know not to mess with a pregnant woman's stash?
Nothing to report here. (Although, I must say, I'm secretly really pleased not to have popped yesterday as it was my evil step-father's b-day. Didn't want the bean to share that one...) My bump has changed shape overnight and is not FLAT at the front. I don't know how he's rearranged himself to achieve that...
