As we all talk so fast the last thread is nearly full so thought I would start us off on a new one

Party - thanks soooo much, really helpful - no need to apologise for being an anorak!!!

Am going for the husks too and going to stock up my cupboards! Already have at least one glass of prune juice each day, one glass of fybregel (sp?), eat a fair bit of fruit and loads of water. I also "go" regularly - but clearly not enough! Am having to take a bit of extra iron so that's probably not doing me any favours .

CTOFN- im with you i have it quite pain that my gp has given me that lactose stuff its over sweet i had it once before, i havent used it am off to the herbal shop tomo! so thanks for the advice on it, will be stocking up on the husk stuff also!
SWH- Vaseline that's funny never heard off that before that could be funny story to tell the kids when they see me go in the toilet with the tub! i think from now on when i look at it i will have a grin on my face!
POSSTBS- i have thought about not getting the scan done because the others never had it but it wasnt around then so i dont feel guilty and DH wants it so there we go will book when im 28 -30 wks! i heard thats the best time to get it done! i had asked where to go for it in London and have gone on line to see the one near by dont want to go far!
the kids all run to me when i say hes moving placing there hands on my tummy, awaiting him to acknowledge them, its such a shock when he does for my DD-8 she says it a 'bump'
