I've taken it upon myself to open this thread as there seem to be quite a few SW19 mums-to-be.
My ante-natal thread on here (March) is huge and I just can't keep up!

Anyone wanna join me?

Lovely offer, I've got some delightful disposable knickers in my labour bag which are quite gigantic too.

If they're going begging then why not

How's new motherhood going?

My email address is [email protected]. Mail me your address and I'll drop them in!

New motherhood is lovely but exhausting! It's great because this time round you kind of know what you're doing and I'm much more relaxed but any gains there are totally cancelled out by simultaneously having to deal with a fairly grumpy three year old. But I guess you are already pretty good at dealing with several children at the same time so it should be easier for you!

Had Mr T weighed today and in the 3 weeks since he was born he has gone from 7lbs 2 oz to 9lbs 9oz. Little porker. Health Visitor thinks I have magic milk!

Thank you! I'll mail you now.....

Wow, I'm impressed with the weight gain I bet he's all cuddly and delicious. He weighs nearly the same as my DS did at birth

Hi - haven't been in here for ages !

Congrats Fruity - glad all went well. And congrats Turtle .

My bun has cooked and been taken out of the oven - I too ended up with a c-sec due to my waters breaking and then me not going into labour and due to previous section there was very little option. So, Lara was born last Thurs 12th at 3.42pm, weighing in at 7 lbs 1 oz (quite collosal for us as dd1 was 4 lbs 9 oz ).

All going fine apart from lack of sleep and sore nipples !

Morning

Turtle, please don't worry, I'm sure you will come and visit soon MS sounds horrific I was very lucky not to have suffered with DS1 or DS2.
Let me know when you start to feel more normal and we can do something with the children xx

We're doing good thanks, Jack still feeding like he's never eaten before! Having to do lots of top ups but hey, it's less pressure for me so I'm happier and Jack's satisfied so we can enjoy each other a bit more

Must run, going off to park......
