notsoslim the success of bfing after a reduction depends on the type of incisions that were made. If too many of the ducts have been cut through then this reduces your ability to feed. So it depends from patient to patient.
It is better to speak one to one to a qualified BFC to explore the possibility of partial bfing if the chance is there for you to do some. Even some breastfeeding provides benefits to you and your baby. Even one feed of colostrum and nothing else is of value to your baby.
Have you seen evidence of colostrum on your bra?

Through ringing a helpline, you will be able to find a counsellor who you may even be able to see face to face, antenatally and with whom you will already have a relationship with postnatally for support and guidance. It is well worth investigating as at least later on you can feel confident you made your decisions on information rather than probabilities.
Good luck. It takes a strong woman to look at all these issues on such an emotive thing at such an emotive time.
