Come on I can't be the ONLY one!!! I got my BFP this morning - I think I'm due around the 12th March...

No real symptoms yet other than slightly weary this afternoon, and quite bad backache.

Not too hopeful JUST yet as very early days and had a m/c last year. Already have a DD (2.5)

Don't leave me here on my own too long!!

Emma Good luck with trying to study! Your a brave girl, really hope it all works out for you. Nobody can say you don't have a life plan
Playing The whole buying a property thing is just so horrible at the moment. If it's any consolation it's not much better when you have a house, our mortgage has gone up by over £100 since last year, it's crippling us!

Playingthe9monthwait · 14/07/2008 12:51

I'm sure you'll get there in the end Emma. It sounds like a good plan to me.

I was a bit about doing the kid thing before buying a house but you know what we rent a really nice 3 bed house in a good area for £300 a month less than our mortgage would have been on the house we were planning to buy (a 2 bed house which needed quite a bit of work and was in not such a nice area). Even allowing for house prices to have dropped we would need to find about 275k to buy the house we rent, which is out of our league as first time buyers, yet as renters we can easily afford it. At the moment renting is definately the way to go.

Munchie I am so sorry hun , I am sending you a virtual hug but there is nothing I can say to make you feel better. If you need some extra support then the MC Avenengers are a fantastic bunch of girls, you will find them under conception.
Take care of yourself and I hope to see you on another ante-natal thread very soon

Playingthe9monthwait · 14/07/2008 12:52

Oh Munchie, I am so sorry to hear that . I wish you all the luck for the future and hope you will get the successful pg you want soon. xxx

FruitynNutty · 14/07/2008 12:57

Oh munchie How awful for you . I wish there was something I could say to make it all better again. >

FruitynNutty · 14/07/2008 13:00

Oh crap, I just realised what a heartless wench I must have sounded like when I said I can't wait to hear about your scan munchie. I thought it was a dating scan for some reason. So so so terribly sorry That'll teach me for not reading the thread properly

munchiesmama · 14/07/2008 13:03

goldmother2b · 14/07/2008 18:36

munchie so sorry to hear your sad news. I was in the same boat at the end of april, and know how you must be feeling. The good news is that you are often especially fertile after this - I am walking proof, as got pg again in my 1st cycle post missed m/c.
Lots of love and luck for the future x

fififlores · 14/07/2008 22:48

Sorry Munchie, big hugs.

MKG · 15/07/2008 00:59

Dinny--Yup. I love pushing my body to what I think it's limits are and coming out triumphant. Literally a few hours after giving birth to ds2 I said I had to do it again.

firstduemarch09 · 15/07/2008 07:32

Hi everyone.
Munchie, sorry to hear your news. Sending you a big hug. Take care.

auntyspan · 15/07/2008 09:07

I think you're actually a fruit-loop MKG.... I needed a family sized bottle of valium and a years' worth of counselling before agreeing to TTC again! I was induced and then ended up with an emergency c-section so wasn't the best experience

it WILL be different this time it WILL be...
